Blackpool FC Hotel    

The breakfast was very poor the sausages were not cooked as was the bacon and scrambled eggs, there was no bread in the basket next to the toaster and no plates to put the meal on, I had to ask for both! Also poor service waiting for tea's and coffee, overall you need to up your service if you want to be a good hotel

Well designed and convenient for the Town, but not too near to the noise at night. Lovely lounge bar and restaurant

The staff was so friendly, the rooms were very clean & pleasent. Breakfast was very well set out not sure what it would be like in mid season though.

The bar downstairs wasn't open which was a shame. A little over priced, don't think we could afford to stop more than 1 night. Taking in to consideration there was a travel lodge over the road & 2 premiers inns in the areas round about.

Very friendly & helpful staff on Reception Desk and in Hotel Lobby. Enjoyable breakfast . Good location of restaurant overlooking pitch. Good night's sleep as hotel was quiet.

The room was lovely, we had a view over the football ground and the kids thought this was great. A power shower love it. The décor was lovely and the room was very clean. Staff very helpful.

The pull out bed for the kids, they had to share. I did know this would be in the room, but I thought they could accommodate a family a bit better.

Service and staff were exceptional. Could not fault the whole stay. Room location overlooking the football pitch

Unbelievable customer service. Staff could seriously not do enough for us. The hotel is modern, light and has a warm atmosphere. Breakfast was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable.

The rooms were very comfortable and well equipped, with a luxurious king sized bed. The food choice and presentation was excellent.

Everything about this hotel is great the staff the food and the location well done to you all

the only down side is guest are not allowed in the seasiders bar on match days the hotel desk told us it would be ok but we were turned away As this is a football ground and many away surportes would stay in the hotel when their team plays this needs to be something we are told before we book but there was a good club over the road at Club one that made us feel very welcome

Would of liked some bottles of water in the room as dont drink tea or coffee but just a thought not a complaint

Checking in before midday, not sure if this is always available. Reception staff very pleasant and welcoming, made you feel valued ad a guest. Rooms very comfortable and finished to a high standard. Plenty of football memorabilia to see throughout. Enjoyed the breakfast, Rowleys a credit to the hotel.

The Restaurant was excellent and the waiting staff very attentive. Rooms were comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space.

The fixtures and fittings in the rooms were to a very high standard. The quality of the staff in both their attitude, friendliness, general wishing that you enjoy your`e stay was excellant. I have already recommended the hotel to a number of others and it will be a location that I will choose first on my next return to Blackpool.

Hotel lovely very clean and bedrooms and bathrooms a very good size. All staff were really friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was very good in the evening and we had a really nice breakfast

Food , ie steak overcooked. V poor waiter service. Gym was not fully open yet, and that was not advertised, and was the reason I stayed there.

It was a modern friendly hotel. Pillows in the rooms were the most comfortable I have ever experienced.

For the high price of the hotel the breakfast was poor, no buffet style layout, they brought it to you with meager portions. Hotel was 15 minutes walk from the main attractions.

Stopped at hotel to watch hull city play on New Year's Day so this hotel was in a perfect location. Breakfast was very good served in the rowleys restaurant. The hotel had a concierge.
