Everything - the service was absolutely excellent, staff very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for our purposes (concert at Albert Hall), the rooms very comfortable and well-equipped.

Très bel hotel intimiste et romantique de style Italien. Personnel avenant et professionel ce qui est rare à Londres.Prix elevés et parfois injustifiés ( petit dej.facturé 35 e env. !!!! ) Bon emplacement central sur Hyde park pour un week-end en amoureux. Belle adresse à recommander pour ses chambres spacieuses et bien equipéees.ainsi que son spa. Seul bémol, très cher.......

Lea décoration de l'hôtel très agréable,la propreté et les femmes de chambres très discrètes. La gentillesse des hôtesses de la reception. Dommage manque de compétence du concierge il avait beaucoup de difficulté pour nous donner des renseignements sur la ville.
