location,spa service the room was very dark,no chance to change,the breakfast was very poor,fittness was very small,the restaurant service-very slow and not good. |

location was good and staff were generally helpful breakfast service was poor. staff not very attentive and order took too long to come, even to the point that a member of staff apologised for the delay. they closed buffet despite me not having received my cooked breakfast. |

Consistency. This was our fifth visit and everything was once again without fault. Its a good sign when you see the same staff there every time. |

Situation idéale pour shopping et détente, juste en face de Hyde Park et walking distance de Harrords, Harvey Nichols et Kensington High Street. Beau designe et terrasse agréable. Petit déjeuner très cher et maigre. Nous avons logé dans une suite executive et l'avons trouvé petite et trop remplie de meubles pour être confortable. |

la posizione... E' stata una delusione ...si sono dimenticati di fare la camera scendeva acqua dal soffitto del bagno..e bagno turco alle 7 di sera spento quando in qualsiasi hotel di rimini a 3 stelle e' accesso a qualsiasi ora...bagni dell'hotel sporchi.... |
