Good location, good historical building, wonderful garden.
Wonderful quiet verdant location for the classic Jacobean mansion. Personable, efficient staff.
The staffs ability to please from start to finish over our 2 night stay.
The hotel shut down with no apparent staff on site over night. Only an emergency nos. to ring which caused problems for a fellow guest who had been locked out of their room. Where does the safety element fit for example in case of a fire or sudden illness? Usually there is a night porter .
Location and comfort excellent.
No night porter to great us and tell us about facilities and no guest directory in the room. Staff friendly but very young and inexperienced.
Friendly and efficient staff. Teriffic food, accommodation and superb location
No hotel sign on the outside wall by the main road making it difficult to find and stop in time when approaching
Absolutely stunning location! Staff were very friendly and helpful and rooms were spacious and clean, would recommend a visit especially for a special occasion.
Wonderful location, very peaceful and picturesque surroundings. Ideal for relaxing and enjoying the english countryside.
loads of flies in our room because it was located on top of the hotel kitchen. Also, the reception was a bit understaffed especially in the evening.
Great food great hotel
Everything, a gorgeous place, great food
Room not too inspiring, a little tired decor would have liked more atmospheric decor but oterwise comfortable no A/C or windows that open but managed to stay comfortable in our summer heat
Afternoon tea and dinner were both excellent.
Staff were excellent, setting is beautiful and roomes very comfortable, best hotel bed ever
Fabulous setting and really helpful staff
The location is superb, very tranquil. Beautiful historic building.
Bar prices very high.
Hotel character and building, friendly staff, location.
Service - although friendly the staff were inexperienced, quite slow and showed a lack of attention to detail not acceptable at this sort of hotel. Quality of good was good but limited choice with some small portion sizes.
The floor of my room greatly inclined and was not level.
Staff helpful and with a surprisingly good dinner for a party of us one evening. Bathroom good and a large very comfortable bed.
Our room was very small although not unpleasant. No mirror in the bedroom only the bathroom washbasin mirror.
Almost everything! The setting, the house, the staff. Would recommend Bibury Court Hotel to anyone!
The one thing disappointing was the wi-fi access.
A welcoming, relaxing, top quality hotel set in impressive grounds in the heart of the Cotswold's. Delightful walks from the door and first class food. Book here with confidence
wifi & phone signal patchy but maybe that's a good thing!
This is a magical place and it is nicer than ever. Our room was newly refurbished and it and the bathroom were amazing. I could move in : )
Fantastic property in beautiful surroundings. Room comfortable and lovely. Driving into the property and finding the building was a stunning experience, even though I had seen all the pictures and was prepared.
Wi-fi is only available in the lounge downstairs.
Very comfortable bed and bed linen, very peaceful atmosphere, staff helpful and pleasant, and food was all delicious
No signal for mobile phone network O2 and very limited Wi Fi- none in rooms
Location and food
No fridge in room, no lift, extortionate bar prices, inclusion of gratuities on bill
Very overpriced for what was a really bad experience. Despite the price the room wasn't en suite. It was also incredibly hot when we arrived (heating on in June!). We turned it off as soon as we got in the room and opened windows but it never properly cooled down. When we complained I was told lots of people were finding it too hot. We waited over an hour for breakfast and when it arrived it was wrong - every other person we saw in the breakfast room had similar experiences and were all complaining. One person I spoke to said that they had waited an hour for dinner the night before. The staff seemed shambolic with even the manager able to offer very little in the way of explanation or solution when we spoke with her. Definitely one to avoid. Shame as it's a beautiful place in a lovely setting.
