The facilities in the family rooms were excellent with the bunk beds, tv's and snakes & ladders on the wall. The choice of room service was very good with a kids menu as well. |

the location was good nice helpful staff the breakfast selection was superb rooms were clean and warm, fresh towels. it would be a good idea if hotel residents had free entry to the park with maybe a private entrance from the hotel. Also why dont the pleasure beach do a combined offer for hotel and wristband or even a family deal. |

The friendly relaxed atmosphere, generated by the surroundings and the excellent staff. It was nice to feel welcomed as a family with young children, something often lacking in the UK these days!. The children loved their room with their own individual TV's and view of the pleasure beach. Breakfast & dinner was also a winner for quality, service and choice . Nothing, everything met our expectations and was to the standard described on the website. |

The size of the rom, the location and the restaurant. the ample parking, although the disabled spaces were full and very few cars had badges! The adult bed was very uncomfortable, my husband could not sleep, but the kids loved it. |

The location was fantastic - couln't be better. Excellent value for money with breakfast and wristbands to Pleasure Beach included in price. Rooms were lovely, clean and spacious - although kids beds in annex of family room not quite long enough! My 9 year old is tall and found it a bit of a squeeze - this should perhaps be emphasised in write up? All in all fantastic hotel - would certainly stay there again and recommend to anyone. |

Excellent location, spacious room with comfortable bed and separate sofa area, bunk beds located in a separate recess area so that the children can sleep even when lights are on in the room. Professional, friendly and efficient staff. Good food. The dining area and the bar in particular is too small for a hotel of this capacity at busy half term weekends. There was quite a wait for breakfast on both days (although the queue system was handled efficiently) and some guests were seated in an adjacent, stuffy side room for breakfast with flimsy tables . The bathroom was tired with a broken tap and there was an unpleasant lingering smell from the toilet drainage area. |

Family superior room and found it spacious enough for a family of four. Hotel had a modern fell and was kept in a clean condition. Hotel was busy but no night time noise heard. Ample free parking provided. The double bed in the room was to short for a tall person. Bath towels require to be larger and some require replacement |

Staff very efficient and friendly, room was superb, also others rooms we have stayed in such as family rooms are ideal. Breakfast is excellent, well organised and always fresh and inviting. |
