very friendly.modern.good parking available.food excellent.the staff were all. very helpful.

a very modern hotel that looks like it could be adults only but lots of children were there.only problem that we could find was the children were not kept under control.e.g...running through corridors and through the dining area whilst trying to eat was uncomfortable. food was a bit on the pricey side so would have liked to eat it in peace..

The hotel have the friendliest staff where nothing is too much effort. The rooms are clean, on arrival we were told the the room we had booked was upgraded it was a lovely surprise.

we were made to feel very comfortable and the service was exelent

the reason i have marked services as good is that they did not have any soya milk for my wifes breakfast otherwise we really enjoyed our stay

i thought that the hotel was lovely and the staff were really excellent, however i thought that the bar prices and the food were very expensive and the quality and presentation of the food was quite poor. i also thought that the hotel lacked any facilities for children.

Great service and excellent facilities

Its right next to the main attraction and you can purchase your tickets at reception and get VIP access into the park which was great for the kids. The breakfast is amazing what they haven't got on the buffet isn't worth having. The staff are very friendly and efficient.

Only three snags really, the bedside table was sticky and hadn't been cleaned and there was no soap in the bathroom. My daughter had a friend with her, they are both 11 and found the beds far too small and very uncomfortable hence they didn't get much sleep.

Good value for money. Excellent breakfast and good dinner. My grand daughter loved making her own pizza.

My room 201 was very small but adequate. Hated one of the receptionists continually calling me 'love'

Lovely hotel, love the rooms and the kids 'dens'. Kids menu very good, mine loved being chefs and making their own pizza. Service v good Fri eve in restaurant Overall though, lovely hotel, friendly staff , receptionist very bubbly and friendly. Will come back . this was our 2nd trip xx

Hotel restaurant - , only problem we had was the food in the restaurant - my husband had duck breast which was very very over done and not pleasant!! Most of the other food was ok, but over priced for what it was!! Sat eve in restaurant we were neglected, no one came to ask us how the meal was, or ask for drinks!! Big shame !! One waitress did come over eventually , we told her our issues and she was wonderful .

The hotel was lovely really clean and breakfast was very tasty
