great value for money ... spacious room and bathroom, excellent breakfast! conveniently located in central Cardiff. Parking available. First time I've driven to Cardiff and would have preferred if there was a procedure for reserving the space, having paid £6 for 24 hours. Was told there was no guarantee that a space would be there on my return if I left it. |

Friendliness & helpfulness of staff, decent sized rooms with panoramic views - albeit of roads & railway & high rise blocks., No opening windows / vents in bedroom or breakfast room. |

It was very basic but good value for money. Location was important for us and this was ideal. Only minor things. No hair drier in the room and some of the information on the fact sheet they gave you was incorrect. |

Staff were welcoming and friendly Bar staff excellent The room was spacious and airy not claustraphobic. Towels and bedding crisp and clean and a wide range of items available for breakfast. Good idea to have the cold water untis on every floor very welcoming. |

Proximity to city centre. Staff were all very friendly and happy to help. Breakfast was also very good. Only criticism would be that it was a little shabby in places. (decor and furnishings) |

For £120 per room expected a lot more. The curtains looked like fleecy blankets and dirty as well. Carpets very basic. Towels very thin and looked as if they had seen better days. Pink bar and pink breakfast room! Strange smell not quite disinfectant but not sure what. |

The modern design of the interior of the hotel. Rooms were very light and airy, with fantastic views across Cardiff. It was in an ideal location in the City Centre, directly opposite the indoor arena and a 5 min walk from the Millenium Stadium. |

The continental breakfast was excellent. The staff were very good and helpful. The curtains were stained and spoilt the otherwise very clean room. Paying £6 for parking and not being guaranteed a space if you move. We came in late and the downstairs door was open on both nights, not very secure, anyone could have got in. There is an intercom why is it not used. |

Despite being very cheap(cost wise) the service was excellent; thoughtful, attentive and friendly and helpful, no corners cut anywhere! Parking was a great bonus, breakfast was ample and room was just what was needed for an overnight stop. No, not at all, we would definitely use the service again. All ran very smoothly from arrival to leaving. |

Very spacious room and some striking adventures in interior design. If pink and mauve do it for you this hotel leads the way. Not enough parking spaces. Access up ramp a bit scary for the faint- hearted. You pay your £6.00 for 24hrs but you cannot leave and return to a guaranteed space. |

The location was excellent and the room and bathroom clean. There was plenty of food at breakfast and the kitchen staff were friendly and very efficient. The reception staff were rather stand-offish and not bery helpful. There wasn't anywhere much to sit in reception while someone fetched a car - necessitated by the lack of parking at the hotel. There were only one pillow per person - usually there are spare pillows somewhere in the room at hotels. The provision of tea, cofgfee, milk for drink-making was very sparing indeed. |

Has all the basics and a laid back approach. Do it yourself breakfast suits. As I have reported on almost every stay there are problems in the shower/bath converter being too stiff to move and in controlling water temperature. This never seems to change. |

View from upper floor. proximity to city. Decor was drab and dated. Carpets were stained. The bed was very uncomfortable. You charged me for parking but when I booked you said it would be free! |

Not a lot...I paid for a Double Standard Room £52, when I got there it was like a MDF prison cell, Windows were really dirt which could not be opened, Furry curtains and if this is voted by some fashion geezer a top 100hotel, then he must have got Rocks in his Head... |

I liked the large window-walls which comprised two sides of my (quite large) room. The double-glazing kept out noise, but the view and the light were quite exhilarating. 1. The breakfast was paltry. Any Frenchmen reading this will want to avoid the dry croissants and cardboardy morning pastries. Does the hotel actually buy them stale? 2. The place is kind of soulless. |
