We were in Cardiff to attend the Welsh Proms and the location of the hotel was ideal with easy access to St David's Hall via St David's Centre Windows - I like to be able to open them.Ease of access and almost non existence parking. The remote parking on offer at £5 per day was not safe, therefore the only safe option was the multistory NCP one which was very expensive. |

We liked very much the central location of the Hotel, which is really close to the railway station and the Cardiff Intarnational Arena. The rooms are having a lot of natural light and they are really cleen. The breakfast is good as well. |

the rooms were basic and clean and were a good size. The continental breakfast was good. there was a lack of ventilation in the room as there were no windows that you could open or air con. There was a fan but this was not sufficient and the room felt quite claustrophobic. |

Some of the staff were lovely especially those involved with breakfast. We stayed in room 605 in Cardiff. The carpet was not clean there were several horrible brown stains, we felt it was not advisable to walk on the carpet barefoot. The bathroom was clean although below the mixer taps the over flow had residue that seemed to have been there some time. The sealant around the bath was away from the wall and there were two holes just below the over flow which meant you could not fill the bath. Due to the tap system used there was no cold water in the room at all and as Thurs and Fri were hot days it was horrendous to have to drink warm water. As the room had no windows it would have been lovely to have air conditioning not just a desk fan attached to the wall. Fire alarm went off at 3am - will not recommend to an |
