Economical. Clean. Quiet. Facilities basic but adequate (except parking). If one just accepts the hotel for what it is, it is an accommodation option I would always choose for a work related stay. One light wasn't working. The shower wasn't working properly. Parking was very limited. I thought it was unreasonable to charge for parking & then not guarantee a place if I went out! The road system made it difficult to approach. |

The location is very close to Central Cardiff Train Station. Offered a breakfast. The room was clean and presentable, staff were professional. Not bad if you are staying for one night and are on a budget. The windows needed replacing and my rooms decor wasn't great. My room was near the enterance door for people staying on my floor, so there was some disruption involved and I could hear an alarm go off in another room (thin walls). |

The hotel staff was really helpful. I was in room 910 in 9th floor Good and the view from the hotel was fantastic. Great value for money. You can eat in your room which is great. It is a non smoking hotel, which is even better for non smokers. |

The friendliness and nature of the staff working there, made me feel comfortable, the facilities available were great. Only thing I did not like was that the key cards did not work in the doors if you have them next to mobile phones or credit cards, and I was not told this until I experienced it myself and asked for help. |

Brilliant view from our 10th floor room right over the city of Cardiff - excellent location! Room was very cold as there was only one small storage heater and two walls were all windows! Would make sure if stayed again it wouldn't be in the winter. |

Quiet and comfortable - close location to town centre. Reasonably priced and relaxed atmosphere. Bar prices were very high. Poor service whilst trying to check out - incompetent staff at check out on morning of 19th Dec' with two people trying to serve one stupid customer - why not have one dealing with him and the other staff member dealing with the queue of other people? |

I like the straightforward honesty and value of the place; basic but trustworthy The room was cold when we arrived but warmed up quickly once we found the wall socket - hidden under the heater. To watch the television from the bed, the only place to sit, gave us stiff necks as we had to look sideways. We are over 60. |

Hotel staff were phenomenal. They were extremely helpful in finding out all the information we needed to plan our time in Wales. They were very patient with the many questions we had. Also, the continental breakfast was quite good. When we arrived in the room, the heater was off and it took some time for the room to warm up to a comfortable temperature. |
