Walls paper thin, could hear every movement inside and outside the hotel. Couldn't sleep a wink. no drinking water on our floor, bed so uncomfortable, poor breakfast, was like being in a hostel at the price of a nice hotel. DO NOT RECOMMENED. want our money back!!

Location was brilliant for motorsport and city centre. Parking ideal. Ok for a night out and somewhere to stay but very budget. One lift wasnt working. Only 4 people in the one that was. Had to wait. Breakfast disappointing. Iron had burnt bits all over it and ruined my trousers. Curtains dirty and facilities old. Bedding poor. Bar expensive & low stock levels.

We were upgraded to the penthouse suite and it was a wonderful room! The price was very reasonable and the amenities were nice. The continental breakfast had a good variety and was delicious. We loved our stay at The Big Sleep! The elevator stopped working when we checked out and had to carry our suitcases downstairs.

It was ok The fact that the lift wouldn't stop on my floor and I had to go up and down 3 times until the doors opened in the right place Would have liked to be able to park, but alternative parking was close and reasonably priced Couldn't reposition the tv as it was glued down

The staff were great. Paying £6 for parking, breakfast was not great, the carpets needed changing in the bedroom. Needs net curtains up as walked out of my bathroom naked and realised 12 floors of offices could see straight into my room!!

Very central location. We stayed there in 2009 before, and were satisfied. Unfortunately now the hotel is quite worn out - the carpets, the curtains etc. Even one elevator didn't work, which is quite problematic for the hotel of that size. The breakfast selection was rather poor, especially for UK.

Location useful for overnight city trip. Cost is low, and you get what you pay for. Car parking available for £6 fee (if you arrive at the right time). Hermetically sealed, suffocatingly hot and very smelly room. No air con, and wall fan not working. Complaint brought a plug-in fan. Only two channels working on TV. One lift not working, led to long waits.

The location was perfect and ideal for what and where we wanted. The beds are very low, quite uncomfortable and definitely need more pillows supplied. Revellers on adjoining floors were also up and down until 4am which is sometrhing that should have been dealt with.
