The shower water was cold in the evening
everyone was helpful and breakfast was very nice and the way it was set out . my daughter is 7 and she loved it . will be back soon .
Too hot in room and too noisy .
Traditional hotel. Nice Decor. Cosy warm room with comfortable bed. Clean with good facilities.
Bar and restaurant area really out of keeping with rest of hotel. Did'nt feel comfortable so did not use bar or restaurant.
It was perfect for us because we could keep our puppy in our downstairs room.
Nice room, good size and comfortable. Excellent wi-fi.
No lift - have to carry bags up stairs
We needed a place to stay after my daughters wedding nearby. It was clean, comfortable and the full english breakfast the next day was wonderful.
Indiscrete comments made by staff members about a wedding party guest made in front of my son.
Staff were so helpful and friendly Really pleasant atmosphere.
Very comfortable beds
Very hot room, no means of cooling room down except one very small electric fan
The location was handy because we were visiting friends nearby. Price was reasonable and breakfast was included. A reasonable breakfast menu.cooked to order when we sat down but I noted that a bit later it was buffet style !!!
A bit impersonal not really the warmest of welcomes unlike some other hotels we have stayed at. Room was ok but very hot . Also I wanted to check the details of the Ryder cup and noting that sky sports channels were on the tv in each room tried to access them. All I got was the Sky intro film. When I asked at reception they seemed a bit disinterested and I was eventually told that problems were ongoing and they could only get one channel and that would be sky sports one but that didn't work no one seemed keen to do anything. not that it was a great problem but when a hotel makes a thing of advertising a service then it should work or be withdrawn.
Staff were very friendly, helpful and well mannered. Nothing too much trouble. Room was well equipped.
Good breakfast selection
Boiling hot rooms, and really expensive bar
Food good and service excellent
Location and staff
Room very dated and shabby
Room was clean and tidy and the hotel was in a great loacation.
Rooms too Hot, opened window to get some air but the road noise was terrible
Easy access to roads around Haywards Heath Good internet access FOC Prompt service at reception Reasonably priced
Ground floor room next to car park (although not excessively noisy when we were there) Car park reasonable but got full quickly
I booked a single room, which was clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable and I had a good night sleep, the bathroom was new and the shower was superb.
The fact that you could hear the noise coming from the road so I had to close the window but it was quite hot. The rooms would benefit from air conditioning.
Lovely hotel, clean, friendly staff and was looking forward to a good nights sleep, heaven until 1.30 am.
Guests next came in from an evening out, very noisy, they had no consideration for any other guests. I knocked on the wall to ask them to be quiet, and knocked on their door and was told where to go using swear words by the female. The male guest apologized. This continued throughout the rest of the night along with music playing. I left the hotel at 6 am, very disappointed and tried. I did complain to the receptionist in the morning but didn't seemed overly concerned, thanks.
Location (close to office)
Interrupted sleep at around 2-4am (by staff leaving I think) No gym or pool No temperature control in room Not asked to add my Rewards points
No privacy room with cars parking in front of window. Noisy doors which don't shut properly. Poor quality food Hot rooms with no fans and very noisy from the car park and road.
The staff was really helpful in all ways and it was indeed good value for money.
The room was so stuffy, but being two women alone on the ground floor we did not want to open a window - not to mention the smoke that woudl come in when we did. You really need an airco system for those rooms.
Free parking, good location for sightseeing friendly staff
Expensive beer & breakfast no entertainment ,being asked to pay £7 each to see comedy club even when you are a guest very poor
Staff at reception not at all friendly. Restaurant closed on Sunday night - not informed. Bar snack dire
Excellent service on returning a jacket I left in the room
You definitely need a car-it's a distance from Hayward's Heath.
