Nice friendly polite staff.

Having to drive out onto the fast and busy road!

The warm welcome from the staff on arrival was wonderful. The food was first class and ive never slept in such a comfortable bed with soft duvet. Close to all places of interest set in a peaceful location. Will definitely go back again

Roomy, had a bath tub. Heaters, hot water and wifi all worked all the time.

Second visit in 2 weeks first room n food brill. 2nd on arrival damage to rooms bath panel staff very helpful n room changed instantly.

Lovely country pub with lovely food. We had a great meal in the evening and the breakfast provided great value. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfy. Really enjoyed our stay.

The room and layout was delightful. REALLY comfortable beds. Dinner was a great experience and the staff were really friendly and personable.

The breakfast tables were a little bit squashed but that was minor. The breakfast was very good!

Welcoming; lovely, well-designed bedroom which was spacious and comfortable with good details such as the bright African prints and separate hall area; great food served in an attractive restaurant; friendly staff; peaceful countryside location.

As is often the case, the pub had been almost wholly turned over to restaurant use so if you just wanted to have a drink either before or after your meal, there were few places to sit. When we looked at our bill on checking out, we had been charged for drinks we didn't have so there was a small delay while this was reassessed. Not a major issue but we were in a hurry to get to the big MG event at Bleinham Palace! The bar ran out of Brains SA beer at the start of our meal and brought a replacement without first checking whether this would be acceptable. Lastly, a lock on the bathroom door would be welcome!

Spacious clean comfortable rooms. Excellent staff, very friendly and attentive. We eat in the restaurant the 3 nights we were there and the food was excellent, as were the freshly cooked breakfasts. We would certainly stay again.

Good sized rooms. Nice clean bedding. Nice area, lovely views. Plenty of car parking. Staff friendly.

The restuarant! Limited choice of menu, food was awful and very expensive for what it was. Very uncomfortable bed, holes in base and mattress very worn, we were trying to sleep on bare springs.

Loved staying at the Bird in the Hand Inn - service excellent and staff very helpful would definately recommend to others to stay here. We were visiting from Australia and found this the perfect property to discover and explore the Cotswolds villages from.

No bad comments - everything perfect!

The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely, very clean, comfortable and peaceful. The food was gorgeous and we would highly recommend this hotel, in fact we cant wait to stay there again.

Position - peaceful. Room size. Quality of food. Pleasant Staff. Clean bed linen & towels. Ease of parking (free) and access to rooms. Cleaners make the best they can of a difficult job. Comfortable bed.

The B-in-H changed hands last month, so in fairness to the new owners there's been little chance to improve the general shabbiness of the rooms. We've stayed at the B-in-H many times over several years and as far as I'm aware the rooms have never been updated. Our room had many unsatisfactory aspects. An unpleasant odour from the shower curtain. Electric bulbs that didn't work. Both bedside lights faulty. Mould on the wall behind the cistern. Blackened grout around the bath. Temperature control on shower didn't respond, it was too hot to shower comfortably. The room was too dark to see to dry hair or make-up comfortably. We mentioned these complaints on signing out and they were all noted & we were told the new owners plan to up-date the rooms.

the freshly cooked breakfast, location, nice staff. we have stayed here before so we knew what to we would get. We had a fault in the room (toilet seat) which was fixed without us drawing it to the attention of the staff.

not keen on the coffee at breakfast, was ok but tea was much better.
