great locaation and service was great

The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. The hotels location was excellent for what we wanted.

Told I need to pay 20 stg when I requested 2 hours extra to check-out time. Besides that nothing in particular.

Room was pleasant. Excellent breakfast. Convenience. Helpful pleasant staff. Value. Free WiFi.

Proximity to elevator shaft. Grinding of winding gear made room very noisy. Need sound insulation. Heating difficult to figure out.

liked everything about our stay we dont get a lot of time together we have 5 children so they made our break worth while thankyou.

excellent location,staff is brilliant. she changed my room after I told her my room didn't have bathtub.

Toliet was a little bit dirty but it was not a big deal.

Great city centre location. Nice clean and comfortable room with all mod cons. Great shower - just what was needed after a day in the city. There was a Red Dwarf convention on the weekend we stayed but this didn't affect the service recieved.

Bar menu was limited and not brilliant. A fair amount of noisy slamming doors during the night - although I suspect that was other guests so not a huge amount the hetel could do.

Very friendly staff on reception, location was excellent for the theatre and shopping. Room was very spacious and the bed was huge and very comfy. Breakfast was excellent and great value for money.

Meals in the restaurant were limited to a buffet which was not to my taste, had to order off the bar menu which was kindly arranged so the matter was resolved.

Location - very close to main railway station and central shopping area. Staff friendly and efficient. Comfortable very clean room with fridge for milk (- who likes those small plastic pots of milk?) Good breakfast.

Plenty of hanging space for clothes but no drawer space at all really.

Good space in rooms. Comfortable and not too expensive.

Heating did not work in my room at first, but it was fixed relatively quickly.

Air con didn't work properly. Had too get someone to get it working but then it only blew out cold air - not good on a cold night

The receptionsit in the morning of departure did not listen to what I had to say. She asked if I had any ID I said no, she then asked me if I had a driving licence as ID

The rude member of staff who greeted me when I enquired about parking. The lack of hotel parking so having to pay ridiculous rates for a private car park - you should at least get a discount through the hotel!

Modern, clean, tidy, big hotel, big rooms, pristine bathrooms

Noise from outside is noticeable at night but didnt personally have a problem sleeping in spite of this

We travelled from Bristol to go to a show at the New Alexandra Theatre. We were very happy with the hotel location. Shops and theatre all within walking distance. Hotel was very comfortable and we were more than happy with our room

This hotel is right in the centre of the city in a good location next to china town. The rooms are really good and well presented. There is a bar and restaurant on the first floor and staff are friendly. Rooms on the upper floors keep you away from any street noise or the construction of the shopping centre above New st station. I forgot they even have a choice of different pillows in the room which is a great idea. If you are driving you will have to park down the road so drop your luggage at the hotel and they will tell you were to park you will get a discount for parking but its still £11 for 24hrs.

Our room was located next to the lift and the noise from it kept us awake throughout night.

Our room was very comfortable and had a large flat scree tv. Nice products in the bathroom. Bath robe and slippers provided.

There were girls on a hen night put on same floor and next door to us. Was woken at 3.30 am by noise and the girls returning drunk.
