The staff are really welcoming and friendly. The night time security are courteous and give you the feeling of security whilst at the hotel. |

The staff were friendly and willing to help, i loved the room as it was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. Resteraunts and clubs were nearby so it was easy to access. Has a nice layout and I would recommend it to any of my friends or family :) It can be an advantage having the clubs just next to the hotel if you decide to head out, but for obvious reasons it has its disadvantages too, especially at the end of the night hearing car horns at 4 in the morning. The bar and food were a little pricey for what they are. |

It was in city center, room was too small for the price, no porter was available, room was on the street too noisy when no other room was available although we booked early, the choice of quite room wwas not mentioned during my booking. Breakfast was satisfactory. Room was very small, no baggage stand was available, wardrobe was not capable to keep the baggage. |

The friendliness and efficiency of the staff, the clean and fresh decor throughout the hotel and the rooms which were spacious and well equipped for a very comfotable stay, the bar and restaurant area had a nice atmosphere and the quality of the breakfast was good. All in all a great place to stay which was on par with four star hotels we have stayed in. The outside of the hotel was a little grim but can't really be helped in the middle of a city |

It was an ideal hotel for my needs, clean and friendly, excellent breakfast and no hassle It was a particularly windy night and the wind was making an awful noise through the windows which did spoil a good nights sleep |

The hotel has recently been refurbished and the rooms are very comfortable. I was given a free upgrade to an Executive room that was very large and comfortable. Free internet is available in all the hotel - cable in rooms or wifi. |

the rooms were excellent, nice a spacious, clean and airy. Very close to the mailbox and the bullring - excellent location with convenient parking The stairs - as a person who doesn't like lifts i found them cold (reminded me a bit of a carpark stairs) and not signposted very well found it difficult to locate the room on arrival. |
