Great location, excellent facilities and very helpful staff

The room was lovely and so where the front of house staff.

The changing rooms were very dirty and the man on the desk wasn't very welcoming.

Everything the staff, bathroom, lift and specially the breakfast (beans).

Comfort and position, great linen and very good bathroom facilities and fab big towels.

It was very hot and windows didn't open. A lot of traffic outside hence double glazing. No fridge working and so no cold drinks!

previously visited and enjoyed stay,good value for money,food and drink was reasonably priced.staff very polite,enjoyed sta woood stay again.

Staff were extremely polite and could not do enough for you. Rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable and quiet....perfect. Food/drinks reasonably priced.

A little chilly in the bar and restaurant at times whilst eating.

very friendly staff always available to help, brilliant room on the 5th floor with no noise from outside even though it is right in the centre, very comfy bed.

Its a decent place, loved my stay even though was short, clean, hallways smell very rice and staff spoke well and were always ready to help

I wish the pool would open a little later, I arrived late and wanted to swim

Nothing to dislike

great location great price amazing spa and swimming pool room was huge and had all you could ask for. Breakfast was just one of the best Ive had and would definaely recommend to all.

Staff at hotel were excellent, taxi service from hotel was easy.

Good stay! Chilled out.

Parking is £15 a night and we got the last space in the car park at 3.30pm in the day so if your expecting to arrive later I would think about making alternative arrangements.

Warm welcme and friendy staff, Very good room,clean, excellant bed and spoitless bathroom. No noise. Parking on site ,a litte tight and limited..mini bar ,but you have to ask for it too be filled!!!!

Limited parking , get there early. I still think having to pay extra to park is wrong. Having to ask to fill the bar,strange. .On arrival scaned my card ,requesting an extra £50, to cover any potential extras. Not a problem ,but they did not inform of this, bad practise!!!!

Lovely reception area. Man on reception was absolutly fabulous. Told us everything we needed to know, went over and above. They had no twin rooms (as requested) so gave us a huge king size instead. Clean and comfortable spa. Perfect Birmingham location.

There was a rather horrible smell in the corridor and in our room, very musty.

No cosyness. No personal treatment.

All in all, it is a very good hotel indeed
