Friendly staff Good car parking Clean room Comfortable bed
Information at the reception was very good. Staff very courteous & knowledgeable. Room very comfortable & there were 2 chairs in the room! A free car park. Good value for money.
That the entrance was a bit away from the car park.
Staff were very helpful and polite we would stay here again. The dining area was lonely and clean as was the whole hotel. Bed was very comfortable.
Only trouble we had was in finding the entrance to the hotel. The car park is at the back of the shops and we had to ask hotel staff if we were parked in the correct place.
Great stay. Perfect.
quiet clean warm
thin blankets...cannot quite snuggle up
Excellent value for money. Breakfast £5 and suited me fine. Excellent location for both NEC and city centre considering the size of Birmingham. Lovely comfortable and clean rooms.
Staff very friendly and helpful. We booked last minute but the room allocated was comfortable clean and a good size. The bathroom facilities were very good.
What a noisy room. Our room faced the main road and it was very noisy. We asked reception to switch to a room facing the car park. We were told that the hotel was fully booked that night which was obviously a lie. Breakfast in the morning was also a painful experience. Never again
Good for Nec at half cost
friendly staff welcoming comfortable stylish
not sign posted very well from car park to find secret entrance
I like the hotel but not the location.the price was good and the room realy very goog to stay.it was neat and clean everything...i love to visit there again when the good offers come online..... The breakfast also good even i never had but it was good.
The heating was not that much good even on maximum temperature but the staff was good.they atleast gave me extra duvet to sleep....
Friendly, comfortable, value, suitable for the purpose of this visit
The continental breakfast, just is not up to the mark.
Free parking and wifi
The bed was uncomfortable and the breakfast was ok
The staff and assistant manageress where a credit to best western this hotel was a former travelodge but has been upgraded beyond belief.
Mattresses could do with upgrading comfortable but could be better
Friendly staff. Good value for money. Nice breakfast
my friend and i had booked in for two nights and after a long journey were really pleased to arrive and find such a warm welcome and comfortable room...and everything we could have expected for the price....loved the big white fluffy towels, huge bed, lush pillows, colours of the room, friendly reception, loved the sofas in the dining area....fortunately we had a room at the back so couldnt hear the traffic noise.
Not too big a deal, but the entrance was not obvious and as were not too sure where the hotel was we ended up quite far down the road having passed the hotel, until were directed back but still couldnt find our way in!
The make cleaner letting himself into the room at 9 am. His Rita had suggested I hadn't turned up the night before. Big slip up! The last time I stayed they checked in a couple and they came into my room at 7.30 am. So this makes it the second time this has happened to me. The receptionist just said ' sorry but these things happen in hotels'. Really! I don't think so. It shouldn't!!!!
Good size room that was comfortable to spend time in the evenings we didn't go out and comfy bed. Also able to have breakfast of size you wanted and meals throughout day if desired.
Could only get wifi the first day after some help by the receptionist. After that it kept showing problem with network connection.
friendly and helpful staff good continental breakfast comfortable bed good selection of tv channels good location enjoyable stay, I would stay again
this is only constructive criticism: no remote in the room and had to ask hotel staff for a remote, which we got the next day. (told that this was because some guests take the remote home with them, if this a known problem I suggest buying some extra remotes to fill the void if one is faulty or stolen). phone in the room did not work would like a fruit option at breakfast
Nothing to like about this hotel, poor service, rude staff!! Waste of time and money.
Everything! Noises, people knocking our door at night, given twin bed when requested a double one. Asked for a fan, never gave one.
Very clean, excellent staff who were very helpful and diligent. Wi-fi is free which is always good when on business. Food is available and good shopping facilities close by. My Room was roomy and nicely furnished.
Food was very basic. Breakfast whilst being simple and offering a narrow choice, was ok but the only other food available were a few light bite options which left me needing to nip out for addtional sustenance. Although there are good fast food facilities close by, I was not able to identify a pub or restaurant within walking distance where you could get a good meal.
The room was clean and spacious.
was given a disabled toilet facility when I did not request for one.
Staff very helpful and considerate. Used this as the halfway stop on our trip to Cornwall. Easily found off the motorway and just outside a major supermarket. Will certainly use again.
Entrance was not easily found from car park unless you had been before.
Staff friendly east to find very clean shower excellent
Sorry was the worst nights sleep ever the bed was so uncomfortable and its a shame because every thing else was spot on
