Refreshments when we arrived and friendly welcoming staff We wouldn't have booked it if we'd known our room was not en suite. The breakfast was average - eggs overdone, toast burnt. Information we had said guests can arrive after twelve, we arrived 12-10 to be told we were early and room wasn't ready.

Great location for Town centre and the Bailey park. Off Road Parking available. Staff were disorganised. Room not properly ready (3.45pm). Breakfast disjointed due to morning staff change. Quoted 'family run' business but this wasn't evident.

I have never been to a bred and breakfast,where the staff have been so caring about their guest!Rooms are designed with lovely style!!I could not complain a word!!
