The hotel is an elegant 17th century mansion set in 15 acres of parkland and just a short walk from the thriving market town of Darlington- with its quaint alleyways, ancient market-place and historic buildings.

The lounge offers you the opportunity to relax and unwind, with afternoon tea or perhaps a pre-dinner drink. Alternatively, you can enjoy an aperitif or after dinner drink in the Restaurant Bar, or for a more informal atmospehre the Captain Cook's Bar is ideal, with superb views over the hotel's grounds and the adjoining golf course.

The Havelock Restaurant is a wonderful setting in which to dine. As our Restaurant is one of the busiest in the area it is advisable to book in advance.
