It was very comfortable and the staff members were very nice. The toilet didn't flush very good. You had to mess with it a bit. |

Location of hotel was its main good point. Set in a nice, quiet area of London. Breakfast was poor in choice and hotel facilities non existant! This is a "b&b" not a hotel! No lift available in a five storey building. It is always dissapointing to be asked for full payment for your stay upon your immediate arrival! Towels only changed every three days. (No heated towel rail so damp towels for most of the time) |

I felt like I was a family friend that was staying over. We were welcomed without a fuss - even having turned up quite early. The host, Kevin, was great. There was relaxed conversation and respectful banter. The stay was fun and enjoyable. Would highly recommend the hotel. The breakfast, although continental, had variety and a tube station (Pimlico) was a two minute walk away. Compilentary tea and coffee was available but the kit was in a hallway cupboard. I thought presented ready in the room would have been more appropiate. It did not bother me but those with problems with stairs be wary, as with most of these small hotels - there are lots of steep stairs. |

It was our second stay in Blades Hotel. The staff remembered us and where as friendly as ever. The buffet breakfast is much superior to continetal breakfasts - they don't serve a cooked English but the choices were very filling. Great location and plenty of advice on theatre, places to visit and they ckeced out our flight details at breakfast. |

Location (<10 minute walk from Victoria Station), staff was very friendly, the breakfast included in the room price was great (toast, crumpets, fruit, tea, etc), and the room was satisfactory for the short money. Would definitely recommend this hotel to those looking for location and cost effectiveness over extra comfort. Bathroom was very small, no elevator, kettles not in each room (have to go downstairs to closet to get one yourself) |

Staff and owner very friendly and helpful, gave us tips on what to see and where to visit while in London. Room was modest sized but clean and comfortable, included breakfast was good. Located near Pimlico tube station which is a plus. Room rate reasonable, especially for London. |

friendly, helpful staff. relaxing atmosphere. great breakfast. clean, quiet room. We were very pleased with our 6 day stay and would definitely go back again. Also, it was very centrally located to many sights, shopping, and mass transit. There was nothing we did not like. We truly enjoyed our experience at the Blades. |
