ホテルの人も親切です。ホテルの立地はとても良かったですホテル自体は古いですが、部屋は小奇麗にしていま- す。24番バスが観光地を走るので便利です。エレベータがありません。タオルも3日に1度かえてくれるだけ- です。朝食は、パン、ハム、チーズ、ヨーグルト程度です。 |

地下鉄ピムリコ駅からすぐの立地にあり、ヴィクトリア駅からは徒歩15分程度です。バスも走っておりトラフ- ァルガー広場や大英博物館などにすぐ出ることが可能です。夜も遅くまでバスが走っているので利便面では申し- 分ありません。部屋はシングルでした。部屋の広さは６畳程度です。外観内装ともに趣がありきれいです。全体- 的にこじんまりとしています。セミダブルのベットがおいてあるため、部屋は狭いので荷物はスーツケース1個- が限界だと思います。水回りは問題なくシャワーの出もよいです。朝食はパン（3種類）とハム、コーンフレー- ク、ヨーグルトなどでした。食事はイギリスなのでそれなりですが、スタッフがアットホームでとてもよかった- です。 全体的に狭いです。値段からすると適正かもしれませんが。 |

スタッフがフレンドリーで気持ちよかった。朝食もよかったともいます。地下鉄の駅から近く便利でした。 部屋がとても狭く、バスルームも狭いのでとても使いづらかった。ドライヤーや湯沸し器などは初めから部屋に- 設置してあるのではなく、要求して貸してくれるシステムでした。 |

fFor the money i expected a decent breakfast not just tea and toast etc. stayed on ground floor and was kept awake by constant door slamming. Both room and toilet were far too small to be considered comfortable. Nowhere in bathroom to put stuff. Decorated to a very poor standard |

Great location. Nearby Tube station gives easy access to entire city. Nice residential/academic area. Clean. Interior decor could use updating. Seems to be in-progress. No common area at all, except for Breakfast Room. |

Staff is very helpful, location is excellent Room is minimally furnished. No desk, no place to sit but bed, no luggage stand. Place to hang clothes was just a pole with hangers in the corner. |

I found the room to be extreamly clean & comfortable, Kevin was a mine of information making ur stay even more memorable. The only thing i didn't like and it was not an actual fault with the hotel but we were on the 5th floor & there wasn't a lift..101 steps from the basement breakfast room to our room!! |

Excellent location for city break with <5 min walk from Pimlico tube on the Victoria line. Family room had plenty of space and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was well stocked and hotel staff were very friendly The seperate family bathroom. Whilst for our private use, it wont be ideal for families with kids that need to get up during the night! |

The size of our family room was good. It was an adequate place for our family to sleep and have breakfast. Attention to detail was lacking; broken light fittings, powerpoints that didn't work and were loose and possibly dangerous. The toilet flush had very poor pressure. Duvet covers looked and smelt grimey.t was difficult to find any staff in attendance to ask questions. There needs to be signage to direct guests where to go to find staff, or maybe a phone iin the foyer with instructions on contacting staff. |

Position is good, hotel looks good outside.we had the last available room on the top floor but it was the same price as other rooms. Others may have been better but we don't know. Breakfast may have been ok but we didn't have it. Our room quality was poor for the price paid, curtains so old lining was torn, towels also had a hole and was worn thin. Bedding acceptable, fixtures and fittings in the room poor, shower pathetic pressure and sink and toilet equipment basic quality, it needs a refurbishment. |
