Бяхме настанени в стая, която трябваше да гледа към вътрешния двор, но всъщност пред прозореца беше издигнато скеле и строяха друга стая залепена плътно до нашата. Светината едва се процеждаше, в така образувалата се дупка /нещо подобно на асансъорна шахта/ и през нея минаваше един голям димоотвод, нещо като голям, гъвкав ръкав най-вероятно от кухнята, от който шумеше денонощно. При пристигането забавиха много настаняването ни т.к. не можаха да разберат,че едната стая е резервирана на едно име, а другата на друго име. Не съм доволна стаите освен всичко друго са и прекалено малки.

We enjoyed the location and ambience of the hotel, and the quietness of our room. The food at breakfast was very good, and the staff most helpful.

It was difficult to cool the room down at night during the very mild spell during our stay.

Good location and very chic freshly renovated room. The room was far better than any comparable hotel I have stayed at. The english breakfast included made the room an excellent value.

New club room was of a high standard of finish which had windows that you could open to let fresh air in.

Hotel is a building site with very thin walls and work starting at 8am with no warning from reception. The hotel only has one lift which is slow at best and when it was out of order carrying 2 bags from the 5th floor was not ideal.

The staff were friendly, there were apples on the front desk we could have and I met people from Sviss I enjoyed talking to. The terrasse in front of the hotel was very nice.

Maybe the breakfastroom. It was a cellar room and in a way not cosy. But then I took my petit breakfast in the terrasse. It was much nicer.

The staff is incredibly helpful and positive. The receptionist helped us book at taxi to Stansted, looked up train and bus times and gave us advise on where to purchase musicals tickets. Breakfast was lovely (continental is toast, rolls, croassaints, butter, ham, cheese, jam, coffee, tea, milk, juices and cereal, they also have a full english breakfast). The room was clean and tidy. The hotel is located in a nice, quiet and charming street. Only four-five minutes to walk to Queensway or Bayswater underground station, as well as plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We had a wonderful stay, good value for money - and perfect when you'd rather spend money on shopping and experiences than use it all on accomodation.

Occasionally we heard people walking in the hallway outside our room (the door/walls to the hallway are a bit thin), but we got all the sleep we needed. The bathroom was a bit small, but then again, all you really do there is shower, there was a sink and mirrors etc. in the bedroom, so it worked out fine.

Staff were friendly and helpful, dining room was lovely and i liked the self service english breakfast which was excellent,Entrance to hotel was very warm and inviting to guests.

We rearly had a superb time there and the breakfast was delicious,the people at the reception were nice and helpful as they were able to be.

The bar was nice but they had no cocktail as they wrote on the menu...

the loacation of the hotel is really good for sightseeing in London

Our room was not yet renovated, it was really old.

the en-suite was a bit smelly but this may have been because there is work being carried out at the hotel

The staff is very friendly and helpful and the common areas (reception, breakfast room,..) are very good. The location is also very convenient, in central London. Wireless internet connection is available in the rooms.

The shower was completely damaged and not working properly (it was a nightmare to have a simple shower in the morning!). Very old and tiny room, needing urgent renewal. The price paid was too high for the poor room I got!
