With good size rooms, confortable and clean. The hotel is located in a silent residencial street, in a strategic distance from the center of de city (Oxford Street -15min walk) and not so far from other good atractions such as Hide Park (3min walk), and Nothing Hill streets. There are two metro stations near (5min walk), some litle markets and restaurants as well. The price is fair.

1) The breakfast is not more than rasonable, with a surpriselly and no elegant rule: the hotel divides de breakfast buffet in two: hot things and cold things. You have to pay an aditional price if you want to eat egs or other hot things... 2) The restaurant inside the hotel has a very small menu, with limited opcions.

Friendliness and efficiency of the staff. Inclusive and comprehensive Continental breakfast. Cleanliness and presentation of the Hotel. Proximity to Paddington St. and Hyde Park and the fact that it is central but not on a busy road.

Stayed with you 3 times. Each time, there has been something wrong with a light or electrical socket. Please make regular room checks.

Great location near Hyde park pubs and St. Pancreas railway station.Helpful informative staff large room, very clean, good bathroom and comfortable bed would recommend to friends and family, impressive breakfast

The room was very good with lots of space. Food was very good, both breakfast and dinner.

Cannot think of anything of importance.

Nothing in the fridge at all ! not even a bottle of water.

You could link your hdmi and video leads to the tv from the desk. Also the shower was amazing!

You can hear quite a bit of traffic in the morning but its to be expected in London but it didn't disturb my sleep.

Excellent location (Hyde Park in 1 min, two subway station in 3-5 min, Oxford street 3 bus stopes), friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, good continental breakfast and free wi-fi!

The long queue during the breakfast in the peak time! So I recommend you having breakfast before 8 a.m or closer to end (10 a.m.). But breakfast is good!

Good food in the restaurant and good breakfasts, hot or cold. Rooms nicely decorated and comfortable.

First night our room was on the top floor and we were awakened at 3 A.M. by drilling and shoveling noises from construction; worse, at 5 A.M. water was falling from the ceiling right onto our faces and all over the bed. We had to move rooms at 5:30 A.M.The concept of compensation for that seemed to be unknown to them, but in the end they agreed we did not have to pay for that particular night. Concierge not particularly helpful. We asked him to call and find out if the London Eye required advanced tickets or tickets ok at the door. He showed us the phone number in the guide book to call ourselves. From new room view was of a window well with a pipe with huge hole in it allowing water to drip through and soak wires below. Renovation somewhat superficial but you would not know unless you had problems. They are still undergoing repairs or renovations which we could see as the view from the breakfast room but claimed noise from construction at night was from some other building.

The friendliness of the staff.

The room was not available for occupation until about 3PM. However, I was aware of that possibility when I booked. I also think that the description of the toilet facilities are open to misunderstanding, and that these facilities could also be improved. There was only one toilet available for all three categories of people -male/female and disabled.

Large and vey comfortable room with spacious bathroom. Very friendly and attentive staff. Proximity to public transport. Quiet location.

The location was great, three tube stops to choose from. Rooms were comfortable, the neighborhood is lovely and quiet. It suited our purpose--touring the city and attending musicals.

Good Hotel and located near to central London.

Pricing could be slightly cheaper.
