Arbor Hyde Park is a beautifully restored 19th-century townhouse overlooking Hyde Park. It is a 5-minute walk from Lancaster Gate Tube Station and just 2 Tube (subway) stops from Oxford Circus' shops....

We had a really nice junior suite which was a very reasonable price. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spacious. Our evening meal was excellent and reasonably priced for a London hotel and breakfast was also very good. Staff were friendly throughout our stay and we will definitely be returning.
Quality and presentation of the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. Beds the best we have ever stayed in and breakfast was first class.
Distance from Tube, 2 streets away, was a minor issue.
Loved the bar area and how the hotel looked so Christmassy staff very welcoming and helpful service at the bar was brilliant
Lift was a bit slow so was best to take the stairs
I like the hotel it's very nice and the room was big also breakfast was nice.
I wish this hotel will have more space for breakfast that you don't need to wait for table and the location not so great..
Very clean, comfy room and helpful staff. Location was perfect for Hyde Park & Oxford St.
Room a bit hot overnight, even with radiators off.
Staff were amazingly friendly and so helpful The room was very clean and huge! The location was great for us
Nothing I didn't like
The bed was so comfortable and it was a nice escape from the craziness of Central London would definitely stay again. Friendly staff and awesome breakfast
Had trouble getting onto the wifi but didn't bother us to much as we were there for a romantic weekend.
My daughter slept on the sofa bed which she said was lumpy and uncomfortable .
The hotel is great and my stay in it (with my brother) was very pleasant. I liked the fact that it has a water hose (شطاف) in the bathroom, and this is rare in a non- Muslim country. ( I am not sure if they have it in all rooms, but my executive twin room # 112 has it) I would recommend the hotel and definitely stay in it again.
*The location is not so near to the famous places in London such as Oxford Street, Hyde Park, etc. But, no worries needed because all is reachable through the underground in that area (which is a 10 minute walk from the hotel). *I wanted to check out late because my flight was late at night, but they were very strict in not extending the hours of check out (even when I told them that I will pay extra), so I had to stay out of the room from 11 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. However, they kept the luggage safe for me until I came back and picked it up before my flight.
room smaller than advertised
Excellent, attentive and friendly staff.
The length of the bed. I am only 5 ft 4 and my feet were almost hanging over the bottom
Thanks to Camille!!!
Wi fi bad connection
Hotel lovely Staff extremely obliging especially the receptionists Would stay again when we go to london.
Very polite staff
nothing I can think of.
Helpful, friendly staff.
Good lobby bar, boutique hotel, well located walking distance to Notting Gate and many restaurants and bars. Seemed close to the tube. Continental breakfast the next morning good.
Cost about $287.00 for a tiny room. Thought based on price and type of hotel that the staff would be more professional. They were nice enough but did not feel anyone was going out of their way.
Staff excellent, good location, lovely size room - very clean & great bathroom.
staff very nice, food first class, location good room clean and tidy.
The pillows on the bed very hard ,and did not sleep very well due to very noisy lift ,will not stay in this hotel again ,sorry
A lot of wasted space in the room, bathroom could have been bigger.
Comfy beds, great food & friendly staff.
Location was the only draw back, quite a walk from the train station but this did not take away the fact this is a wonderful hotel
beautiful, well appoint and comfortable rooms
Long waits for the one elevator and poor climate control
Cosy room Fab bed Friendly staff Location Decor Just lovely Problem with room dealt with in minutes with smiles FAB
Room had a shower I should have asked for a room with a bath my fault I am sure if I had asked it would have been done.
Excellent beds, probably the best if we ve sleep in.
There was no hot water on the saturday morning, think that you should have popped a note in the guests doors to advise them of this instead of leaving it to chance as to whether they complained or not.
