Nu mi-a placut nimic. Pretul a fost exagerat. Camerele erau nerenovate, ferestrele nu se inchideau, usa de la dulap cadea pe tine. Pozele afisate pe site nu au nimic de a face cu camerele care le-am primit. Camera copilulului era cam cat o debara. Televizorul in camera copilului nu a functionat cat am stat acolo (5zile) desi am cerut in repetate randuri sa il repare. |

Mi-a placut camera, felul in care personalul hotelului s-a comportat cu noi, micul dejun a fost excelent iar pozitia hotelului e foarte buna pentru vizitarea orasului. |

The reception and front desk were very nice and accommodating. Foyer and outside of building were very nice, but the rooms did not reflect this. Good location, close to many shops and tube. The rooms were very noisy at night and the sinks were in the room with the beds, not inside the bathroom with the shower or toilet. Also the toilet took many "pumps" to flush and you had to wait about 2-5 minutes before flushing it again. |

Friendly staff, clean rooms, proximity to underground and main attractions. Rooms are very old. Single rooms are incredibly small. However the hotel is going under referbishment. |

The room was spacious, bed very comfortable, bathroom beautifully remodeled. You have to add 5 minutes to your travel time to wait for the elevator. |

Comfort of the bed, the strong water flow in the shower, coffee and tea making available in the room and having a safe. The slowness of the lift, the room keys not working on a daily basis, no internet connection in the room, early days having to constantly ask for replacement bath gels and milk, over acceptable noise levels all day long from above the room. |

the first thing was we were upgraded to a club suite.food was good and the staff were lovely,a real pleasure to stay at your hotel and i have been telling everyone i know to book.it was beautiful,comfortable,and everyone one was very helpful.thank you again! |

For discounted the price I paid (£59) it was exceptionally good value - you don't expect much for that price in London bit this was a very plesent surpise. Even at the full rack rate, this would be reasonable value. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Public areas very comfortable. The bathroom was tiny with uneven, cracked tiles on the floor. |

The Blakemore Hotel is in a prime location, with the Queensway tube station a short walk away and Kensington Park visible from the front patio. It also has excellent dining for evening meals, and for those who do not wish to venture back out into the city. The continental breakfast offers quite a variety of foods likely to satisfy everyone, and most of all, the rooms are comfortable and welcoming. |

Rooms are very small. Comaring to other hotels at same location price are high. Yes. you should reconsider cancelation issue. I left the hotel one night earlier, but they do not refund my cost. It is not usual. |

clean, staff very friendly (except for one receptionist), helpful and efficient. Breakfast was good, they give you the choice of having only continental breakfast inclusive with your BB or paying a bit more to get a full english breakfast, we had the continental which was more than enough, and the english breakfast looked good.Good location (close to underground and bus stations and hyde park) |

the staff were helpful and pleasant the price of drinks at the bar were very high.ie a gin and tonic £8.29 The view from the first room we were allocated room 12 was a brick wall topped by barbed wire, when i complaine we were moved to a nicer room but the shower kept dripping noisily |
