Asansörün kullanımı çok zor. Eski usullerde açılıyor ve eldeki bavullarla içeriye girmek çok zor.sürgüyü açayım derken elimdeki bavullarla elimi incittim. |

Otel "eğer benim için önemli olan Londra da gezmek oteli sadece yatıp kalkmak için kullanacağım" diyorsanız mükemmel. konumu gerçekten mükemmel çok merkezi bir yer olan Bayswater da ve yeme içme alışveriş yerlerine yürüyerek 5-10 dk. tabii underground da aynı şekilde yakın ve londrada her yere underground ile gidebiliyorsun. otel odası fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibi değildi çok eski mobilyalı idi. bence diğer yorumlardaki gibi küçük değildi. ama lavabo banyonun değil odanın içerisindeydi çok ilginç ama alışılıyor. londranın en soğuk günlerinde oradaydık ve odamız sıcacıktı. gürültü vs. yoktu. gayet temizdi. ekstra para ödenerek açık büfe alaınabiliyor ama gerek yok verilen kahvaltı yeterli. |

Staff were genial. Breakfast was a disaster. I haven't seen a Continental breakfast like this before. Only croissant, butter & jam. Never expect more!! They should be ashamed. |

The staff was friendly, the neighborhood was nice, and it was central. The room was clean enough, and it wasn't too pricey. There whe're no problems with the booking´, everything went smoothly The room was very warm at night, and there was no working air condition og fan, which would have been nice. The breakfast was okay - but not more than okay |

It is good to stay for short period of time. Room is very small but clean and tidy. I made reservation for 4 nights but when arrived to the hotel I told the reception staff that I change my mind I will stay for 3 nights only due to change in my business schedule but they keep asking me to pay for 4 nights and they will refund the rest of the money upon my leaving. I paid for 3 nights only. |

The staff were very helpful and if you requsted anything it was attended at once.The refurbishing if the hotel has to be taken in to the review as when it is finished it will be a wonderful Hotel. I had a re furbished room which was very comfortable. The lift as it was hard to open but it wasn't a complaint as this will be replaced as the building renovations continue. |

Convenient 2 train services and affordable accomodation for London Address is deceptive, I got off tube in Westminster (as it said on address) and then had to spend nearly £20 in a taxi to get to hotel where I could have stayed on tube til Paddington and walked. Was not happy with this |

Nicely situated in a quite street . Close to tube stations and walking distance from Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. Due to restoration (which could take quite a few months to complete) twin room (301) too small , single room (305) too hot even with the room cooler provided. |

we were glad to find that our room was updated with no charge. The room was fully redecorated, clean and spacious. The location was very good. Continental breakfast was rather poor. |

Complementary upgrade from double to "club" room, staff pleasant and helpful, location excellent, quiet at night, far roomier than other Bayswater hotels especially for this price (85/night); other guests well-mannered (no teenage parties or massive tour groups); breakfast crowded but plentiful and decent quality. After day 2 of 4, the room keys randomly erased themselves so we had to make a 2d four-storey trip to reception each time we returned; scaffolding and power tools surrounded us; main floor restaurant food (dinner) dismal; no facilities to print from internet even for a fee; no ice machine, bar or mini-fridge; dim misplaced lighting. |

The breakfast was good and there were lots to choose from and if you wanted a more substantial meal you were able to partake for 5;50 Did not feel safe in the orignal room that the hotel reserved for me. No deadbolt on the door, only a push button lock. Badly in need of upgrading, stains on ceiling, black marks( mould) around the floorboards. Felt that they had given me a substandard room because of the price difference booking through booking. com. When I advised that I felt unsafe, they did move me to another room. |

It was really nice to stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic it is close to Bayswater and Paddington stations. Also Hyde park is one min walking. The staff were excellent and they kept the hotel and rooms tide and clean even they ongoing renovation. I recommend it to any solo and business travellers. And I think, I'll take my familly next time. There is none. Second thought, Internet is a little bit expensive 10 pounds a day |

It's location was convenient for where I wanted to go and the staff were very helpful. The room was too small for me to feel comfortable. Had I realised that the hotel catered principally for tourists I would have chosen a different hotel catering principally for business guests. |
