The bathroom was beautiful, my husband and I are both over 6ft and we fitted in the bath!! miracle! The manager was lovely and he made us feel welcome.

- Room was too small for a luxury double. - Room was too dark, could not apply my makeup accurately - Needed a mirror where the plugs were for doing hair.

The shower wasn't easy to control the water between hot and cold.

One of the top 5 hotels in the world. Almost as good as L`Hotel in Paris.

Was met by very arrogant staff that made me feel like a poor school boy.

The reputation of this chic boutique hotel precedes it... It may on first glance seem a little overly styled but in actual fact it has a real laid back and very discreet charm. The rooms are spotless, flawlessly presented and immaculately groomed to give the seasoned traveller a degree of comfort and relaxation with luxurious touches. The food is excellent and the service noteworthy, I would certainly stay here again.

The shower is a little irritating in that the dials to operate it are actually in a position where you can only reach them by standing in the shower...and the wifi was pants! Kept dropping out and was extremely frustrating as it became nigh on impossible to maintain the signal consistently... Not great when you have business to attend to.

The hotel is very nice, secluded, perfect for a getaway. Rooms are impeccable but expensive. Staff is very pleasant and accomodating .

The room categories changed since my last visit and the rooms that used to be called luxury suites cost now about 50 percent more and are called Signature Suite. A totally artificial new category to justify a price increase.

Every single request was granted, a real 'can do' hotel. All hotels talk service...most over-promise and under-deliver. Blakes delivers. Simple. I'd recommend it.

The food was superior...surpassed only by the willingness of the staff to help you. The room was fun and comfortable and romantic...all good. Chelsea is is bit off the beaten path when traffic is so horrendous to get into London...

Very disappointing. My room was very dusty, worn carpets and scuffed walls. I would not return.

The room was great. Very creative yet luxurious decor. My fiance and I had a wonderful time and will return again.

J'y vais depuis 25 ans. J'adore cet hôtel. Le personnel est charmant. Le restaurant est super. L'ambiance y est très reposante.

Very friendly staff. Nice quiet room. Sky TV and free wireless included.

Room was way too small and too dark. Bathroom was over elaborate. With the space they had to work with, it would have been better to have just gone with a walk in shower and made the bedroom slightly bigger. Hotel bar was over priced, although that seems usual for that area of London.
