Blanco's Hotel  

Staff were very friendly and sorted a problem in my room very quickley

I was disappointed with the lack of disabled spaces there were only two and these were used

Blanco Hotel was conveniently located for our search for a home in South Wales. The room was a good size and very clean and they kept it that way. The breakfast was incredable, best I've had in a long time, keep it up. The staff were very friendly, approachable and kind. Even though it was next to busy roads, the hotel and our room was fairly quiet.

The bed nearest the window is lumpy and not a pleasure to try to sleep in but we will return and ask for another room when we are in the area.

Very clean, friendly place with a restaurant serving fabulous food.

The lift was a bit 'iffy'!

We were attending a Christmas function and decided to stay the night rather than drive or get a cab home. We also wanted to go shopping in the nearby shopping centre in the morning so it was convenience all round. The hotel was very comfortable, warm and cosy, breakfast was excellent.

No shower/bath mat in our room or grip handle at shower height. Bath was very slippery.

we always stay there when visiting family in area. good food good accomadation and excellent customer service

they messed up our reservation and didnt apologise. the breakfast was very poor quality. there was never any bar staff as everyting worked in the restaurant. very dire appearance on the outside.

Good room, clean and tidy. Staff at dinner / breakfast friendly and helpful. This trip breakfast was cooked to order - very good (better then the buffet style).

Lad on reception is in the wrong job, no customer skills at all. Second time I've been "greeted" by him - layed back in his chair, and hardly a friendly welcome. Training required.

Needing to visit Port Talbot for sport and business- there is no better placed hotel. The room was spacious, clean and well furnished. The bathroom could have been Larger in view of the space avalable but was modern and had every facility. The parking was ample and of good surface. The staff were welcoming and efficient and hard working. Entertainment seemed to be a regular weekend programme, and weddings well catered for . ( Only one young lady seemed attached to her mobile phone) . Excellent breakfast included A very enjoyable stay , and I would have no hesitation in recommending it ,

Blanco's fulfilled all my requirements ,ie that of a conveniently placed hotel in difficult surroundings. It is not a country retreat . It would not be attractive for the distant traveller for Longstay. But a few days was excellent value and most enjoyable

The location to the m4 was my main attraction. It was also clean and pleasant

My only gripe was there was a constant smell of cigarette smoke on our corridor upstairs, it was obvious people were smoking in rooms even though this warrented a £50.00 fine and was against rules. I brought this to the attention of reception , it would appear they were aware of this issue, however it continued throughout our 4 day stay, disappointed.

Staff were very friendly and it is quite spacious in the lobby and bar area food was very good, beds were quite comfortable

It was very noisy due to wedding there people stood outside the front to smoke so if your room is in the front it was particularly noisy.It is not a pretty location as its right by road bridge.

The hotel was extremely convenient for the purpose of my visit. The accommodation was excellent, also bar and eating facilities.

The bed was awful, two cheap beds pushed together does not make a comfortable double bed
