The room was lovely great having sky tv worth the money

it was very busy in the hotel as they had a leaving do the night we stayed and it was very noisey when they went out for a smoke and when they were leaving at 1 o clock in the morning they kept us awake but we were only there for 1 night as we went to watch the golf in portcawl

staff were excellent A+++++

Staff rushing you at breakfast cleaning up before you finish people at entrance hall front door not nice bringing children in when people smoking and drinking having to walk in between them to get in

Large room . Large double bed. Good restaurant. Pleasant staff. Good value for money. Arrival time and booking out time very good.

Curtains need to block out more light.

the whole experience was delightful, from the receptionist, to the standard of the rooms, the breakfast was awesome, the service great. I can honestly say this is the standard that all hotels should aim for. so much that i regret not booking a second night, as we moved down the coast and the next hotel was a dire letdown. if travelling to south wales, would reccomend this a stopping point or even base for theweekend/trip. we didnt visit port talbot as we were travelling through, but will definitely book again when down that way, thankyou Blancos

there is nothing negative about our stay

I liked mostly the ambience. There was live vocal with piano that sung melodious classics making the evening feel special. The space in lobby is open and yet cosy. The rooms were well kept. The beds were comfy. The restaurant was good and tasty food. The hotel is 5 minutes walk to city centre and buses for various destination including Swansea start from there. So as a Swansea visitor one can use this hotel. I was very pleased to be there and will visit again.

I wish there was a bathmat in the bath. Felt slippery and a fall can occur. There was no tap as such in the bath tub where the tea kettle ( too tall to fit in the sink) could be filled from. There was no towel rail on the bath tub so it was hard to reach out for the towels hooked on the door.

I stay in lots of different hotels all over the country and this was the best value for money hotel I've stayed in this year so far. Very clean & tidy, excellent food (both dinner & breakfast). Fast service from all staff (reception, bar, & restaurant). Will definitely be returning when I'm next in the area.

Bedrooom was welcoming, good facilities and comfortable. The conservatory was inviting and a great place for a drink and chat.

Some of the breakfast items seemed to be coated in something in the cooking process. This unfortunately left an after taste with the whole plate which meant I couldn't finish the breakfast.

wow this hotel is great,its modern,clean the staff were great.It was very busy with weddings, birthday parties and other guests theres entertainment which we werent expecting so that was great.we were visiting the morriston hospital in swansea which was only 10-15 minutes down the road so it was a great place to stay and would stay again.

Have stayed here before and also their sister hotel which is where the gym, spa, etc is located. Hotel is very clean, beautiful, bang on trend decor, excellent facilities, and delicious food. Rooms are spaceous and very comfortable. Will definitley be staying here again.

It cost me £5 per time to have my meal in my room as I was staying alone and did not wish to dine in the restuarant, which is a little pricey but I suppose is standard practise these days.

Large room very clean, nice communual areas, good value and quality food, reasonably priced drinks, loads of parking, pleasent helpful staff. value for money. Convienient off motorway easy to find, very quiet at night, sleapt well. Best hotel ive had cause to stay in for long long time

Only thing would be very old style TV, made room look dated, sure they will drop flat screens in when they start to fail.

Attractive, clean hotel with great staff. Excellent breakfast

Comfortable temperature (not overheated), Clean, an efficient & friendly welcome, adequate for a decent night's sleep between work days and a decent breakfast. WiFi was easy to a connect to in my room and fast enough for a restorative video chat with my family.

Bathroom: The vent was very noisy and not up to clearing the steam of a short shower, bath/shower fittings were hard to understand (and not explained anywhere). Bedroom: My "double" bed had two twin mattresses made up together so there was a lumpy ridge down the middle which meant sleeping on one side only. That made having a double rather pointless (though I slept well on that one side).

The whole stay experience was faultless, very generous food portions, large comfortable clean bed, all the staff we met were happy, helpfull and courteous, will be staying again.

Maybe a larger selection of food at breakfast time, more fruit possibly.

Uncomfortable squeeky bed doors not sound-proofed fire alarm went off at 3 am due to guests smoking in the room extremely busy friday and saturday nights due to parties and weddings etc making it noisy for normal guests who were trying to sleep.

it was all good we often stay in Swansea to dear it was just what we needed and are coming back again soon staff great food good rooms good keep it up we have told friends about you don't let it slip we be coming to Swansea for 30 years now port talbot

Always enjoy the stay on a Friday & Saturday when we stay free entertainment, bedrooms spacious, clean & tidy, friendly staff and lovely buffett breakfast.

Convenience for visiting a local resident. Friendly staff, good facilities, clean and comfortable room, excellent food.

Dreadful vocalist and overloud "music" in the bar area. Fortunately, sound proofing is good so this did not percolate to the room!

Staff very helpfull, the room spacious & clean with tea/coffee, hairdryer and tv in room, bathroom clean plenty of towels. lovely atmosphere and food was lovely have stayed before cannot fault the hotel as yet !
