lovely hotel Staff very helpfull. food very good. A very enjoyable stay.

Our stay was a v good experience. we would not hesitate to recommend it. the room was really well appointed eg the bathroom fittings were top class, the bed large and comfortable. The food was good and wholesome, all in all it represents excellent value. (much better than the Hilton).

The approach to the hotel is rather depressing but once inside I can't think of any criticsim. By the way it was obvious that the staff were keen to please.

We ate in the Restaurant on our first night and the food was excellent, especially the Lamb Shank - the meat just fell off the bone.

The bedrooms were a slight let down in comparison to the decor in the lower part of the hotel - but they served the purpose, were roomy,clean, had tea and coffee facilties.

Quiet. Value for money. Good restrauant. Free internet. Breakfast included in the room rate. Free parking.

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were modern and clean. Very good breakfast included particularly the vegitarean option which was better than most places. A very nice Hotel

It would have been better if there was a box of tissues in the room as well as alarm clock and bottle of water. Our main problem was the area, and there is nothing to do in port Talbot, certainly not a destination for tourists more of a hotel for business men.

A few of the staff looked like they'd rather be somewhere else.

Pleasantly surprised, I normally stick to known hotel brands and pay a lot more for the expected quality. I booked Blanco's late for a bank holiday stay and was very impressed considering the price for both the stay and the excellent evening meal we had.

Good value hotel - nice retaurant with very good food.

Fairly unattractive location - twin beds were not especially comfortable.

Staff really freindly, Food at the carvery and breakfast was delicious.Rooms spacious bathroom lovely plenty hot water nice big bath and very soft towels. Excellent all round!!!! The Manager was very friendly and wecoming.

room was dirty; the bed sheet was dirty too; the bathroom unclean and the toilet smells bad; food was awful;poor services for the money
