NOTHING,JUST THE STAFF ON THE FRONT DESK WERE VERY FRIENDLY

VERY UNCOMFORTABLE TINY ROOMS,WITH ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING YOU COULD FEEL GOOD ABOUT....TERRIBLE HOTEL, AND VERY EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT IS....WOULD RATE IT A TWO STAR HOTEL AT THE MOST

Location and easy to find. Reception staff very welcoming and wanting to please. Very helpful and pleasant.

I requested twin beds but got 2 large beds in a tiny room. No room to move about. One member of staff ( a cleaner) smoked in the lift. At 9.10 am we were told breakfast was finished, not at all diplomatically.

Located near Baker street station. Lots of restaurants in the area.

WiFi requires new access code every day. Tiny lift. The place could use a makeover.

Upon arrival, I was met with a smile, which is always a good start! Check-in was quick and efficient. The room was fairly small but more than adequate for my needs. Tea/coffee making facilities, en-suite, wi-fi, double bed (single room), TV etc. etc. all for just £69 night including breakfast(via booking.com). Full English breakfast and continental. All in all a fantastic hotel with great staff who can't do enough to help. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

My room was next to the kitchen (room 3), so I was woken up about 6:30 am by the staff making breakfast for the guests. Un-avoidable I think, I only stayed one nicght, but sure I could have changed rooms had I stayed longer!

Location fantastic: the hotel is close to everything in central London, but it is in a quiet area. The staff and particularly the manager is genuinely dedicated to the wellbeing and enjoyment of all his guests. The rooms are quite old and could do with a bit of a touch up. That having been said, the hotel is clean and the beds are comfy. The price of the rooms (particularly taking London-prices into account) is very reasonable.

Location is very central but also the street is quiet. Lots of handy shops nearby and main tube stops. Staff were pleasant, the free breakfast was more than adequate. Would return and would also recommend!

Room was a tad tiny and the bed small so check the size of room and bed before booking if you are a couple. It was fine for me as I just needed one night to stay solo for business reasons.

This is a great hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. A fantastic location for visiting the Londons main attractions with Baker Street underground just around the corner. We flew from Glasgow to Luton then the Easy Bus took us to Baker Street. Perfect.

The room was very clean, and was in a great location and only a twenty min walk to US embassy and 5-10 min walk to Oxford street and Baker Street

The room was smaller that expected but still had everything required x

Location (calm street but near from the tube and lots of cafés and restaurants) Room equipment (comfortable bed, bath tube, iron, hair dryer) Wi-Fi free of charge

Price - all hotels in London are too expensive for their tiny rooms, comparing to other world destinations

Very well located for many ways of exploring London including by tube from very well connected Baker street or by feet with Oxford street and Hyde park being in walking distance. Beautiful Regents park on a door step. Very nice Merylebone high street (and nearby streets) with plenty of nice shops, cafes and restaurants.

Single room was very small but that was fine given that you come to the hotel only for sleeping.

Loved the location and the cahrtm of the hotel. The included breakfast is good.

The WiFi is very spotty and you need to reconnect uite a bit. Some of the rooms are a little noisy.

I stayed at the blandford whilst my husband had surgery at London clinic location was perfect, room was really clean even the inside of the kettle was shining! Staff all attentive. It was perfect for my needs.I didn't eat there as I was in too much of a hurry to get to the hospital at 7-00am each morning, but it smelt very good.

Charming, traditional hotel with amenities retrofitted such as private bath and lift. Free continental breakfast or full English breakfast at reasonable price. Just a block to Baker Street tube station and a short walk to lovely Regent Park.

when we were leaving we asked the recepitonist to call us a taxi. taxi arrived but it was not the real "london taxi car" and the driver even didn´t have the taxameter (we mentioned when we were already on the way!)..as the distance was only 4 kms and the driver asked us to pay 12 pounds - I find this behaviour very unprofessional!

The location is good for a lot of sightseeing or shopping

The hotel is old and dated. There was no hot water on the evening of our arrival or in the morning even though the taps were left running. This is not acceptable. Staircase and carpets felt dirty and I think the whole hotel is in need of modernisation especially when charging £164 for a double room per night.

    - very nice staff - surprisingly, breakfast has been included in contrast to booking.com's Terms! - breakfast does not offer a very big choice, but it will certainly lay solid foundations for a day on the walk!

    - rooms quite small - no mini bar (= no fridge) in room - wifi Connection unstable
