Location to Baker Street station made it a perfect location for a city break. The hotel staff very extremely courteous, helpful and friendly. We were met with a broad smile without exception. The room was small but perfectly formed as was the on-suite. I would definitely recommend this hotel again and it would be my first choice on any future trips to London. |

Good location at a reasonable price. I was on an upper floor and I was pleasantly surprised how quiet it was given it's central location. |

The hotel is nice comfortable hotel right on the doorstep on London's main shopping and tourist attractions. Clean, tidy and very helpful staff. It is perfect for a weekend away hotel or a business trip. |

Very efficient and pleasant staff. Very convenient location, and not too noisy. Although the room was small, it was ok for a single person and well equipped. |

Very friendly and helpful front desk. Room clean and comfortable. Only criticism would be the cramped breakfast room. |

We loved to be near all concert and filmfestival venues, you can walk to most of them, but buses are near and very frequent. It is a safe area to walk home alone; lots of small restaurants etc. nearby. Hotel itself is pleasant, comfortable and friendly. We have been staying there quite often and were never disappointed. |
