The peaceful room. The excellent breakfast. The courteous and willing reactions of the staff. Spacious shower cubicle. We found it a bit difficult to walk around the bed - this could be fixed by moving the bed just 4 inches. There was no handrail at the top of the stairs to the breakfast room - we mentioned this as we were leaving. The TV reception was poor, perhaps due to the hot weather. |

The staff went out of there way to help me, not only with luggage left after checkout but also with faxing, making phonecalls to taxi companies and helping me out as much as they could - the customer service was really excellent. Especially in London where not everyone is willing to be friendly and helpful. The lift wasnt working |

The location is great. It's very convienent to London attractions via the Underground. The staff was knowledgable and helpful. The breakfast is a buffet so you can choose what you'd like to eat and have as much as you want. The food was good. The rooms are very small and cramped. It was quite expensive, but I suppose that is because of the location and season. I didn't do the shopping for the hotel, so I'm not familiar with the price range of other hotels in the area. |

the staff was very helpful. Its position in the city is very central with many means to travel around. I search, but it is difficult. |

The room was clean and comfortable, with nice decor. All in very good condition. It was a little on the small side, but that's what you pay for when you book a single room! The bed was roomy, like a narrow double bed, and very comfortable. Very nice ensuite shower-room. The location is great for just about anything you want to do in London. The cooked breakfast included in the price was good. As much coffee as you wanted. |

The hotel staff was very pleasent and it is a small hotel with friendly atmosphere. The size of my room- I could not believe that you can get such a small room as a single room. The view from my room was terrible. |

The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, and the staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Marylebone High Street, Oxford Street and Regent's Park. There are an abundance of excellent restaurants nearby. No bath in our bathroom, just a shower - and if you use a shower cap sometimes, bring your own, as they are not provided. The room, though pleasant, was very small, but as we were out most of the time, this did not matter. |

The hotel was easy to find, underground station and Madam Tussaud museum behind the corner, you can walk to reach Oxford street or Hyde Park. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms cleaned every day. Not enough space in the breakfast room around the table with food, but it's not so important. |

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay the roomwas clean and provided all neccessary amenities ie iron, hair drier tea/coffee etc. The staff were very helpful, breakfast was good although the continental side was a little lacking in choice fresh friut would have been good ut the cooked breakfast was more than adequate. only lack of choice for continental breakfast and rooms are alittle small but adequate for the use i required. |

A very quiet comfortable room in an excellent location. On the assumption that you are not intending to spent vast amounts of time in the room I thought it was a real bargain. The single room IS very small - the proverbial cat would not enjoy being swung here! But, as the saying goes - you pays your moneyt, you makes your choice. |

Fantastic location, nice size clean room, a comfy bed and smart clean bathroom. The pigeons! I was on the ground floor next to the fire exit where there appeared to be an army of loud cooing pigeons that started at 4am! I was also near the reception so could hear the phone ringing there but it did quieten down after 10pm. |

The location is very close to the Baker Street tube station,Regent's Park, and an easy walk to the Marylebone High Street. And the price was decent for London. My room (#17), bed, and bathroom were very small (and I was charged the same rate as my colleague who had a much larger room, bed, and bath). Be careful when you ask for the internet password, as they will charge you whether you actually log on or not. The lobby (where you can sit) needs updating. |

Located in the heart of London’s West End, within walking distance of Oxford Street, this elegantly converted Victorian mansion provides exclusive service and charm which only a small hotel can... |
Perhaps the most central hotel in London, located in the heart of the West End at the foot of Oxford Street with the whole of London on your doorstep. |
With an excellent central London location, next to Gloucester Road London Underground Station the hotel offers friendly, personalised service and air-conditioned en suite rooms at great-value prices. |
A haven of relaxation and calm amid the hectic bustle of London's West End, this hotel is bright, stylish and contemporary with a friendly, enthusiastic can-do approach. |
