Location was perfect for us as we were attending a function at Madame Tussaudes which was a 2 minute walk from the hotel. The rooms were very small! We had booked a twin room but they put us in a double, and the bathroom doors didnt close properly.

I liked the hotel and the surroundings. It was easy to go to places by bus or underground or to walk in the neighborhood. The people at the hotel were friendly

Excellent location near the Baker Street Station. Personnell is very nice. Breakfast is okay, small selection, but good. Price is fair, in London terms its rather cheap. The look of the building is very very romantic with the flowers, with the silent street view. The interior of the building looks also very fancy. Even in the night you can safely walk around, at least we did. Heating is not too comfortable, there was a noisy ventillator in the room, and did not heat the air enough. We stayed at the 4th floor, and it took at least 5 minutes to let the water run till it got any warmer. Even on the 4th floor the smell of kitchen woked us up. The room was not too spacy.

Lovely staff, very clean room, delicious breakfast with loads of choice! Shower was nice too. All for such a reasonable price for this part of London. I would 100% stay again! Thanks. Nothing, it was perfect!

unpretentious. Had a good sleep as hotel was quiet with little intrusion of outside traffic noise. Breakfast good by London hotel standards. Good location for getting around London

The staff was very polished and helpful. I appreciated the recent policy change to include WiFi for free. When a part fell off the shower head, it was fixed promptly without a word from us. A gem of a hotel in a great location.

Location. Staff at breakfast was rude, they barely spoke english. I had asked for gluten free breakfast when I reserved, but they did not see my request and could not bother to look for GF bread the day before.

Location was great, between the 2 big parks, and city centre you could walk to.(if you like walking a lot;) We had a room near the reception an at the steet side. Woke up almost every morning at 6 because of the noice of talking and cleaning people. I don't like putting earplugs in when I pay al lot of money for a room. My sleep is the most impotant thing! Maybe it's also a bit my fault, I've should have asked for an other room after the first night.

Good comfortable bed - better than many more expensive hotels. Good location. Quite a small hotel feel, which I like. Good breakfast. Couldn't get hot water from the shower. I mentioned it the next morning to the man on reception and he said it takes 3-4 minutes for it to come through, but I had left it for about that time.

The employees are very friedly and also the owner himself. There is a Romanian guy working there who is very helpful. Breaksfest is fair and location excellent. The hotel is close to baker street and Marylebone street, 5 to 7 minutos walking you can reach Oxford street.
