I booked this hotel convinced by very positive comments and to my happiness found out that all those good reviews was absolutely true. First - extremely good location near Baker street tube making strict centre of London so easily accessible. Second - room has good furniture new and well set, room itself is not big but I could fit there really big luggage both mine and my partner so for us it fit well. All was very clean, towels and bathroom facilities changed daily and you can see people that work here really care of they customers. We come early and thought we will have to wait just was hoping we could leave our stuff in storage but we were warmly welcomed and our room was ready in 30 min even it was far ahead from normal arriving time - really big plus for all this care. Breakfast - good quality food, various choice of things to eat from full continental to full English set and you eat as much as you want - perfect start of a day Last thing - high speed internet was available after payment but if you are content from normal speed you can get free open reach internet there. So our bit thanks for all people working there for they kindness, good hard working and smile that made our birthday London holiday trip perfect. Olga and Mark

The Location was good for everything that was planned to do. We upgraded to a family room, which was very spacious, because I had read that the double rooms were on the small side. The included Breakfast was excellent. It did not have a Bar.

The location is excellent (just 1 minute away from the Baker Street tube station and near Oxford Street) and the receptionists are very friendly, kind and helpful. I stayed at a tiny room, situated on the basement, next to the dinning room, so it was always too noisy and I could even smell the fried eggs. Also the breakfast was poor and there was no fridge in the room. But the most important problem was the fact that it was not so clean (for instance, the bed covers had not been changed since the last guests, maybe longer). I find it rather expensive for what it is, although I would be willing to pay more but for a better quality of service.

The front desk staff are always exceptionally friendly, completely natural and make you feel very welcome, which is such a relief when you have a quick break away from home, to visit London and old friends. And of course it is in such an ideal and comfortable location in London. Rooms are perfectly comfortable, though am not so sure about the atmosphere in the breakfast room.

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The full breakfast was varied and efficiently provided, even when the hotel was full. The rooms were smallish, being a city hotel, but for the reasonable price, we were satisfied. This was our second stay there and will choose the Blandford again.

Clean but small rooms, typical b&b hot breakfast, great location near bus and tube. Affordable food nearby. Quiet street and good soundproofing in room.

It was in a great location. Breakfast was excellent value in the morining. Room was nice. The room was lovely although it was a bit small. Because there was a fire escape in the room it was a bit cold at times though and you could hear the pigeons outside in the morning!

The front desk staff people were all very nice and helpful with directions or information. I really like that the hotel is smaller - I didn't feel like a "number", as I have done in other larger London hotels. Great location, close to the Baker Street tube, but on a fairly quiet street, so I had no trouble sleeping due to noise. I will definitely stay there again when I return to London in the future.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were very good. My room was extremly small; it was difficult to sit at the desk as there was not enough room to move the chair back because of the bed.

It was an excellent location at a great price. The rooms were very clean and the staff were very helpful. The elevator was extremely small. We had to go down one at a time and even then we almost didn't fit with our backpacks.
