oli sijainniltaan erinomaisella paikalla rauhallisella sivukadulla, huoneemme oli ensimmäisessä kerroksessa kadun puolella, mutta liikennettä ei juurikaan ollut. Metroasemalle oli pari korttelia. Ostoskadut olivat kävelymatkan päässä hotellista. Huone oli pienehkö, mutta puhdas ja siisti, siivous toimi moitteettomasti. Nettisivuilla sanottiin, että huoneeseen ei mahtuisi vauvan sänkyä, mutta sellainen huoneessa kuitenkin oli ja hyvin mahduttiin. Henkilökunta oli aina ystävällistä ja aamiainen oli runsas ja monipuolinen "english breakfast". |

Hotellin henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja huone suihku- ja wc-tiloineen oli siisti. Huone ei ollut kovin suuri, mutta pariskunnalle kuitenkin ihan riittävän kokoinen. Aamupala oli myös ihan monipuolinen..Kaiken kaikkiaan vierailusta jäi oikein positiivinen kuva, sekä hotellin sijainti oli hyvä, silti rauhallisemman kadun varrella. Välillä suihkussa sai odotella tovin lämmintä vettä, tosin huoneemme oli ylimmässä kerroksessa ja tuolla saattoi olla asiaan vaikutusta. Ei kuitenkaan mikään iso ongelma, kun huomasi laittaa veden valumaan hiukan ennakkoon. |

Sivukadun sijainti antoi mahdollisuuden nukkua hyvin. Aamiaisella sämpylä ja makkara loppuivat, mutta niitä ei tuotu lisää. Suihkusuutin oli mitätön. |

Oikein mukava ja kotoisa pieni hotelli. Sijainti oli loistava; hotelli oli lähellä metroasemaa, josta pääsi matkaamaan moneen suuntaan. Rauhallinen pikkukatu keskellä elämää. Henkilökunta oli oikein ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Myös lähipub oli ehdottomasti käymisen arvoinen. |

Location in relation to attractions, public transportation, neighborhood shopping and restaurants was unbeatable. Staff was courteous and helpful. Atmosphere was welcoming, rooms provided all necessities, and breakfasts were very nice. |

The hotel is nice comfortable hotel right on the doorstep on London's main shopping and tourist attractions. Clean, tidy and very helpful staff. It is perfect for a weekend away hotel or a business trip. |

We loved to be near all concert and filmfestival venues, you can walk to most of them, but buses are near and very frequent. It is a safe area to walk home alone; lots of small restaurants etc. nearby. Hotel itself is pleasant, comfortable and friendly. We have been staying there quite often and were never disappointed. |

The location was excellent, a the money reasonable or about right for the location. The bedding had stains on it. I was awoken at 6 a clock as my room was next door to the kitchen and the staff were talking loudly almost shouting and it woke me with a start. The staff were very friendly, but the quality of the hotel was very low and I was disappointed. |
