A very convenient and handy hotel for shopping in London.

a little bit noisy in from other gusets moving around the building

Location in relation to attractions, public transportation, neighborhood shopping and restaurants was unbeatable. Staff was courteous and helpful. Atmosphere was welcoming, rooms provided all necessities, and breakfasts were very nice.

The staff remember me and welcome me.

The TV picture is never clear and is unwatchable.

Great Location for tourest sights. Very quite at night off busy street.

While there was a lift to all floors there were steps into the hotel so not suitable for whellchair users

Very efficient and pleasant staff. Very convenient location, and not too noisy. Although the room was small, it was ok for a single person and well equipped.

We loved to be near all concert and filmfestival venues, you can walk to most of them, but buses are near and very frequent. It is a safe area to walk home alone; lots of small restaurants etc. nearby. Hotel itself is pleasant, comfortable and friendly. We have been staying there quite often and were never disappointed.

Slow lift and no hand bar on steps at entrance

The staff is extremelly friendly, the room is clean, the location is great, in the middle of the city yet on a quiet street.
