フロントスタッフが大変親切。部屋にティーセット、アイロンがあり便利だった。ロビーにもcafeマシーン- が置いてあり好きなときに自由に飲める。 セイフティーボックスがロックされていて使えなかったが、特に必要なかったので問題なし。指摘すればロック- 解除してくれただろうと思う。 |

便利な路線の地下鉄駅に近いにもかかわらず、比較的静かな通りに面している。 1日目の部屋の洗面所は排水が悪く洗面台から排水がもれてきた。2日目からの部屋は何の臭いか不明だが不快- な臭いがした。ルームスプレーをまいてもらったり窓を開け放したりしたが、最後まで臭いは消えなかった。 |

アットホームでこじんまりしていて、スタッフの方の対応もとてもよかったです。9日の滞在で若干長めだった- のもあり、部屋番号も覚えてもらえるくらいでした。安全でなによりもロケーションがとてもよく、電車、バス- 、歩きどれをとっても初めてのロンドン観光者にとってはどこに出るのにも好条件でした。 不満というほどのものではないですが、朝食の片付けが早い事でしょうか。朝9時に行くと片付けが始まってい- る日もありました。仕事で行っている訳じゃなかったのもあり朝ゆっくりしたい気分だったので、せめてあと3- 0分くらい余裕があったらうれしかったです。 |

Good location near the tube station, room and shower room were clean, reception and breakfast staff helpful; breakfast OK Carpets and blankets should be changed, shower is fixed in wall - very uncomfortable |

Location in relation to attractions, public transportation, neighborhood shopping and restaurants was unbeatable. Staff was courteous and helpful. Atmosphere was welcoming, rooms provided all necessities, and breakfasts were very nice. |

The hotel is nice comfortable hotel right on the doorstep on London's main shopping and tourist attractions. Clean, tidy and very helpful staff. It is perfect for a weekend away hotel or a business trip. |

We loved to be near all concert and filmfestival venues, you can walk to most of them, but buses are near and very frequent. It is a safe area to walk home alone; lots of small restaurants etc. nearby. Hotel itself is pleasant, comfortable and friendly. We have been staying there quite often and were never disappointed. |
