The hotel is nice comfortable hotel right on the doorstep on London's main shopping and tourist attractions. Clean, tidy and very helpful staff. It is perfect for a weekend away hotel or a business trip.

The room number 3 is very noicy after 6.30 in the morning because of the kitchen staff making morning breakfast and speaking lowedly.

The location was excellent, a the money reasonable or about right for the location.

The bedding had stains on it. I was awoken at 6 a clock as my room was next door to the kitchen and the staff were talking loudly almost shouting and it woke me with a start. The staff were very friendly, but the quality of the hotel was very low and I was disappointed.
