Good location near the tube station, room and shower room were clean, reception and breakfast staff helpful; breakfast OK Carpets and blankets should be changed, shower is fixed in wall - very uncomfortable |

Location in relation to attractions, public transportation, neighborhood shopping and restaurants was unbeatable. Staff was courteous and helpful. Atmosphere was welcoming, rooms provided all necessities, and breakfasts were very nice. |

The hotel is nice comfortable hotel right on the doorstep on London's main shopping and tourist attractions. Clean, tidy and very helpful staff. It is perfect for a weekend away hotel or a business trip. |

The room number 3 is very noicy after 6.30 in the morning because of the kitchen staff making morning breakfast and speaking lowedly. |

Great Location for tourest sights. Very quite at night off busy street. While there was a lift to all floors there were steps into the hotel so not suitable for whellchair users |

Very efficient and pleasant staff. Very convenient location, and not too noisy. Although the room was small, it was ok for a single person and well equipped. |

We loved to be near all concert and filmfestival venues, you can walk to most of them, but buses are near and very frequent. It is a safe area to walk home alone; lots of small restaurants etc. nearby. Hotel itself is pleasant, comfortable and friendly. We have been staying there quite often and were never disappointed. |

Excellent location to facilities and public transport. Helpful staff. Room somewhat on small side. Would use again. Slow lift and no hand bar on steps at entrance |

The location was excellent, a the money reasonable or about right for the location. The bedding had stains on it. I was awoken at 6 a clock as my room was next door to the kitchen and the staff were talking loudly almost shouting and it woke me with a start. The staff were very friendly, but the quality of the hotel was very low and I was disappointed. |

Excellent staff and location, good rate and excellent breakfast! Very pleased! Very clean toilet. Slightly smallish room (single), but considering all other positive points, this is to be ignored. |

Very convenient for the tube. Pleasant and helpful staff. On a relatively quiet street so little traffic noise though very easy to hear people talking as they walked by. Very good breakfast. |
