The owner and staff were all very friendly and considerate. The room had a sea view and a brilliant view of illuminations. Food first class. We arrived as clients and left as friends. Can't wait to go back!

Tim and staff really friendly and helpful , great breakfast enjoyed stay , many thanks
Staff were very friendly and breakfast was good. The owner was very helpfull in organising the car park given the limited number of spaces available.
The bed could have been more comfortable.
Tim the manager met us outside on arrival. Made us feel welcome immediately and throughout our stay. Location perfect - sea view, a few minutes from attractions, away from noisy crowds. Good breakfast served.
Rooms adequate but a little dated.
Tim and his crew could not do enough for you. The breakfast was brilliant and the room even tho a bit small had everything you needed. Great stay would defiantly stay again.
did ask for sea view room but didn't get one, that was the only downside
the owner was friendly and helpful. we went during the illuminations and he told us where the best light displays were which was great for my 8 year old grandson who really enjoyed them.
friendly family atmosphere within the B & B , on an evening when everybody returned from their various excursions around blackpool most relaxed around the bar with excellent views of the passing trams from the decking.good breakfast , fast service , free parking.
room was basic but clean .
Everything was good
A bit far away from everything but still great
Straight from the start a nice friendly welcome from Tim the owner. Tim found time to entertain the kids and plenty of banter with adults. Good breakfast and affordable bar prices.
THE OWNER VERY HELPFULL GOOD WITH THE KIDS.BAR PRICES VALUE
Really friendly hotel and lovely atmosphere. Owner made us feel really welcome.
There was nothing we didn't like.
Location of hotel ideal, gave us a decent walk to the centre without being too far. Comfortable stay with a very good breakfast. Having a lift in the hotel was helpful for the older member of party. Sorry we didn't get to try the bar/lounge.
A bit too hot. Parking turned out to be a bit of a faff.
The breakfast was excellent. Tim the owner couldn't have been more helpful Lovely sea view
Lift stopped one floor before top floor
good location ,easy travel facilities, good food ,room always warm and clean, staff were excellent and helpful, hotel brilliant we all really enjoyed ourselves had a great time.. going back soon ..

accomodation ,breakfast and pleasant chatty host
We had a nice comfortable room with a lovely sea view. Great price and the staff were very friendly, put themselves out to ensure we got our car parked. Would definately return.
Shower had a bit of a mind of it's own.
everything, could not find fault with anything, such a warm welcome, nice cup tea on arrival after long journey, Tim is an excellent host, were definitely staying again, thank's Tim x
extremely welcome ,tim the owner went out of his way to help us .will def go back again .thank you very much and wish youall the best for the future kev
we had gone for the weekend to see a show and had picked one of the busiest weekends of the year. the first night was very noisy but the staff were very helpful and we were moved to a lovely sea-view room for the next night. breakfast was one of the best we have had in any b n b. we will definitely go back.
Tim (the mgr) did everything possible to make our stay pleasant. If we were just 2 old people, or a family with a child, it would of been great. But, we were 2 old people with an adult Special Needs person, and therefore the room became very small, very quickly. But the Bkfast was great.
If your room is a Sea View room, do not open your windows at night. The bugs are drawn due to the buildings flood lights. My companion went nuts.
