Staff really friendly. Breakfast excellent quality and always asked if I wanted more. Rooms although basic, which I expected for the price paid, were clean and bed was comfortable. Shower was hot as well. For all those magicians who had lousy accommodation I fully recommend this hotel and it is only ten minutes walk from the Winter Gardens. Only thing is I must be able to book first.
Location It's quiet! Parking Friendly and helpful owners
Friendly welcoming from Dave. I have stayed here before, it's a lovely warm comforting place to stay. All staff are friendly, will only stay here when I come to Blackpool. Recommended to any age group.
Nothing. Everything was perfect.
Made very welcome. Good breakfast. Lovely communal lounge Excellent value
Position on sea front. Easy parking. Good breakfast. Helpful owner
Nice staff that did everything they could to make our stay good.. free parking was a bonus.. wifi was excellent, breakfast was superb.. yes i would stay again
our first night we had to wait for the immersion heaters to heat the water.. not good really in this day and age, nice hotel that was safe and secure but really could do with new paint, paper and general modernisation
Was able to park on the front of the hotel
Room size was ridicously small, obviously not the ones used on there website which is abit misleading as it should say some rooms are a lot smaller and maybe charged at a different rate? This was clearly a room which at some point has had a tiny EN suite put in, you have to literally walk sideways into it! Only mirror to get ready in on wardorobe which had very bad lighting. Bed very soft. Cleaners Hoover clearly doesn't have a hose on it as the edges of the room were very dusty and she clearly forgot to clean the bathroom floor . No hairdryer but landlord borrowed us one. We didn't pay a awful lot about £65 but have payed a little more before £80 and got a lovely room with little extras and spotless . Location was good for us as we were going out in North shore area but maybe s little far out for others.
Friendy owner who will do anything for you and was very helpful
A bit dated
The owner was friendly, if a little odd.
There was bird poo on the inside of the bedroom window, which was not a very nice room anyway. We decided not to take the breakfast based on the condition of the room.
The owner and staff were all very friendly and considerate. The room had a sea view and a brilliant view of illuminations. Food first class. We arrived as clients and left as friends. Can't wait to go back!
Very warm welcome by the landlord and good value 4 money and we will b goin bk in the near future in the warmer mnths
Didnt hav a iron or ironing board to do your clothes and no lager on draught only bottled beer
Tim and staff really friendly and helpful , great breakfast enjoyed stay , many thanks
Staff were very friendly and breakfast was good. The owner was very helpfull in organising the car park given the limited number of spaces available.
The bed could have been more comfortable.
Tim the manager met us outside on arrival. Made us feel welcome immediately and throughout our stay. Location perfect - sea view, a few minutes from attractions, away from noisy crowds. Good breakfast served.
Rooms adequate but a little dated.
Tim and his crew could not do enough for you. The breakfast was brilliant and the room even tho a bit small had everything you needed. Great stay would defiantly stay again.
did ask for sea view room but didn't get one, that was the only downside
the owner was friendly and helpful. we went during the illuminations and he told us where the best light displays were which was great for my 8 year old grandson who really enjoyed them.
friendly family atmosphere within the B & B , on an evening when everybody returned from their various excursions around blackpool most relaxed around the bar with excellent views of the passing trams from the decking.good breakfast , fast service , free parking.
room was basic but clean .
Everything was good
A bit far away from everything but still great
Straight from the start a nice friendly welcome from Tim the owner. Tim found time to entertain the kids and plenty of banter with adults. Good breakfast and affordable bar prices.
THE OWNER VERY HELPFULL GOOD WITH THE KIDS.BAR PRICES VALUE
Really friendly hotel and lovely atmosphere. Owner made us feel really welcome.
There was nothing we didn't like.
Location of hotel ideal, gave us a decent walk to the centre without being too far. Comfortable stay with a very good breakfast. Having a lift in the hotel was helpful for the older member of party. Sorry we didn't get to try the bar/lounge.
A bit too hot. Parking turned out to be a bit of a faff.
The breakfast was excellent. Tim the owner couldn't have been more helpful Lovely sea view
Lift stopped one floor before top floor
good location ,easy travel facilities, good food ,room always warm and clean, staff were excellent and helpful, hotel brilliant we all really enjoyed ourselves had a great time.. going back soon ..
