A beautifully decorated guest house with friendly and helpful staff. We were made to feel really welcome and we enjoyed our stay there.

The room was excellent, comfortable bed, good quality linen. The owners were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel.

Perhaps a bit too close to the motorway, though this comes in handy if you don't have a car.

Lovely B&B near Woodstock, Oxfordshire. I chose this one because location was good being near to my work, but also because from the pictures and reviews it was modern, stylish, clean, warm and welcoming. Also price was good and breakfast included. Free wi-fi and parking. So everything you would want and need. Also have a stack of DVDs to watch if you're in your room. The shower was the best thing - never had such a great shower - water came down in torrents, just great.

My room was tastefully decorated, immaculately presented and spotlessly clean. A wide variety of choice for breakfast (my eggs benedict was cooked to perfection) proper filter coffee, lovely jams and preserves. Simon & Tanya were very kind and considerate hosts. The Blenhiem Edge offers fantastic value for money.

Location of the place. Not directly in a village but next to a busy road to access to Ofxord ( however double glazed in the room so you don't understand any noise) But not charming/ romantic .

A lovely warm welcome and excellent luxury facilities, I will definitely stay again...

Very Friendly and helpful. nothing to much trouble. Handy fro a trip in to Oxford. there is a regular bus service running past the guest house every day

Ian and Tanya were welcoming and very helpful. The facilities are great -- very comfortable and clean. Everything felt fresh, clean and modern yet homey at the same time. The breakfast was generous and tasty.

The rooms were immaculate and the furnishings were in lovely taste and fairly new. The shower waqs mazing with wonderful power jets. The choice of DVDs to play was a nice touch and the towels were huge!

Being next to the main road which was fine with the triple glazing but not with the window open first thing in the morning.

The location was good - the venue for the wedding we attended was Blenheim castle. The rooms are airy, spacious, clean and modern. The food was good. The hospitality was excellent - run by a lovely couple.
