Location, price.

Wet room style shower - end up with a wet toliet seat and having to re-visit the bathroom and the floor is still soaking. No area to socialise with a drink with colleagues. Need a better desk space for business use. Limited breakfast facilities.

Uber-Modern, very clean, well designed

The wet room concept could do with some tweaking to make it more practical - a simple glass screen (or even a shower curtain) would have prevented the whole bathroom turning into a swimming pool after a shower!

Very little!!! worst hotel experience to date, and I have stayed in hundreds ariund the world.

Convenient and quick

A well designed room. Very clean. Very comfortable. The shower room was the best shower I've ever had. Very quiet and not too close to the city centre.

A bit small. The bathroom walls were partially see through. No problem about the lack of window until wanted to check the weather in the morning.

Modern design, clean and simple. Comfortable, large bed and good shower. It was small but we expected that as it was stated in the on the booking site.

The rooms next door are too close, got woke up in the morning by the room next doors tv!

Room was so cosy and had everything you needed in one compact room. Location was good, £5 in a taxi to shopping, mailbox, broad street etc. Really clean, smart and the design was great, would stay again for that price!

The room was quite dark, I think a couple of the bulbs weren't working so a bit difficult to get ready

- Room would be too small if you were staying for anything other than a short break/ business trip. - no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but this is made very clear when you book!

Friendly, efficient staff. There were 11 of us staying and it went like clockwork. Good location, nice area. Very clean. Just an ideal place to stay really. Staff were the best. Great value.

The bed was comfortable

No room to move, no wardrobes, no window, the lighting was awful not a hotel for 2 girls to get ready for a night out. Normally stay at the Jury's inn, but was full.

The windowless room, yet a blind! The lighting level, too dark and too many light switches. Too hot at night, min temp was 19 degrees C on the thermostat. The wet room was horrible, once you'd showered the floor where you'd walk to go to the loo, or use the sink was wet! As you opened the door to the room there was a mirror, very disorientating

room (118) was immediately over the automatic front door- the noise of the door was intrusive and disturbing wifi access code did not work

15 minute walk from NIA. Comfortable bed. Great shower! Reception were friendly.

A bit compact for a longer stay and a tea/coffee facility in the room would be a great plus.

Was perfect, you really don't need anymore room for one night! Bed was very comfy.

The wet room idea is awful because the toilet is all wet after you have showered. The walls are thin and you can hear the guests next door speaking. Not having a kettle in the room The double rooms are really only big enough for one as it felt very claustrophobic with two people
