Le personnel a été très accueillant tant au téléphone (le code postal sur le site n'était pas le bon!) qu'à l'arrivée... Et le service du petit déjeuner particulièrement prévenant. La chambre était très propre et décorée avec beaucoup de goût... C'était agréable de pouvoir déguster une ale dans le jardin du pub le soir! Il est situé derrière un grand axe assez passant...et donc un peu bruyant, mais dans la chambre nous n'entendions pas beaucoup de bruit. |

The room was clean, updated, plenty of room. The food was flavorful, fresh, variety. The atmosphere was quaint. The entry to the room off the carpark deviated from the charm and atmosphere. It was a little put-off. A little garden or greenery on entry to the walk to the rooms or to block the view of the carpark, would enhance the experience. |

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast very nice. Felt we couldn't open the windows due to being on ground floor next to the road, so room got a bit stuffy. |

The location did fit our purpose. The breakfast was supposed to be served from 07:30 but it took 35 minutes to be served by which time there was no time to eat it before we had to leave. We had no expectation that it would take that long as we were the first in the door and ordered, so we didn't ask how long it would take. |

Very very convenient for the airport - I had a 9:30 international flight. Clean as a whistle, white everything with a light wood floor. Separate outside entrance, like a U.S. motel. Good food in the attached pub. Next to a field full of rabbits - what a surprise to see a bunch of grey rocks start hopping about - it was charming. The beds weren't great but they were clean. Powerful shower. |

easy access from the motorway, easy parking, My breakfast was appalling, hot smoked salmon with very runny scrambled egg on a very soggy piece of toast. We had to ask for cereal, also for jam or marmalade and toast, and were given no side plates, so I used a serviette, as by this time I was quite angry. I did have my drinks deleted from the bill though to compensate. |

The hotel was in close proximity to the Exeter Airport and also to the M5 motorway, so was extremely convenient. |
