Rooms ok/as expected, same with breakfast. Good location for access to the city/underground. We were 12 people and would have liked an "assembly" room, the one in question was usually occupied. Some of the showers did not work very well at all. |

Location; helpful staff (information...); TV, fridge and kettle in the bedroom; comfortable bed; very reasonable bathroom. Terrible screeching sound coming from floorboards; breakfast was incredibly meager (no fruit, eggs, cheese, or ham); the tube was heard and felt up to the 3rd floor (where we were); the room was incredibly small; no space for luggage; cleaning service was resumed to taking the rubbish out. |

The hotel staff was friendly and the room was kept clean during our stay. Our room was at the upper floor and the stairs were too narrow. So, you should ask for a room at the lower floors when you make your booking. |

I stayed at Blue Bells Hotel with my friends comfortably for a week. The hotel is in a really good location to hang around the Notting Hill area. The family room and the triple room where we stayed were very spacious and clean, and had the nice bathroom with a good conditioned shower. But the sound of the tube was a bit noisy until getting used to. The staffs were kind and very helpful. It would be nicer if I could have an option to have an English breakfast. It was boring to have a continental breakfast for a week or so. |

Our room was a walled off hallway. You could not even walk around the bed. There was no room for luggage. A picture of our room is no where to be seen on the website because if they showed it they wouldn't get any visitors. We were located right above the front door (look at the picture - that was the width of the room), so all the smokers outside might as well have been sitting on our bed. |

The bed was comfortable. Good location The staff were very poor, they failed to tells us when breakfast was, resulting in us missing it. They were not helpful, or informative or in anyway pleased for you to be there or to be there themselves. Daily service did not occur everyday & when it did it was very badly done. The room was extremely small. |

Too close to the tube. It was like we were sleeping in Notting Hill Gate station and not near it... The noise of the trains going by was too loud. |

Nice building in nice aerea. Short from underground. More like guesthouse than hotel. No reading lights, poor breckfast. Underground train tunnels are under the hotel and makes noice. |

We (group of 6) arrived late on the night we stayed after a hard day's work. After checking in easily we used the hotel lounge to unwind with drinks we'd brought into the hotel. The management were happy to let us do this, and just asked us to turn the lights out when we finally went to bed! A very relaxed approach, which is so unusual these days. Cooked breakfast would have been nice instead of cereal & toast, but after the night before probably toast was best! |

Proximity to Hyde Park and central London noise from the floorboards. No iron, no telephone. |

Perhaps the most central hotel in London, located in the heart of the West End at the foot of Oxford Street with the whole of London on your doorstep. |
This partly refurbished Victorian hotel is in central London, 5 minutes’ walk from Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens and Bayswater / Queensway London Underground stations. |
With an excellent central London location, next to Gloucester Road London Underground Station the hotel offers friendly, personalised service and air-conditioned en suite rooms at great-value prices. |
This is one of London's best centrally located hotels, on the edge of London's famed 'Theatreland' and close to cosmopolitan Covent Garden. |
