Blue Bells Hotel

Hotelul este amplasat intr-o zona excelenta, centrala, rezidentiala, linistita, aproape de metrou, de palate de cel mai mare parc, conditii excelente, personalul este primitor, este curat, camerele sunt mari, totul este frumos.

Comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, reasonably size room.

Good bugdet hotel with very goo location

The hotel was within easy access to the underground. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The bathroom was very modern.

The twin room had a double and a single bed with no space in between. There was no plug in the wash hand basin or anything to stop any items e.g. rings dropped into the basin from going straight down the plughole. There were only two tea bags and small cartons of milk provided. The room was on the third floor with no lift. No bed side lights so had to cross the room in the dark

It was good,except the noise from the underground.

Very little rooms, no phone, no kettle, poor breackfast, very scary noise from the underground.

The rooms are very bad

the area of the hotel was great, the hotel manager was wery kind and willing to help

Location; helpful staff (information...); TV, fridge and kettle in the bedroom; comfortable bed; very reasonable bathroom.

Terrible screeching sound coming from floorboards; breakfast was incredibly meager (no fruit, eggs, cheese, or ham); the tube was heard and felt up to the 3rd floor (where we were); the room was incredibly small; no space for luggage; cleaning service was resumed to taking the rubbish out.

I stayed at Blue Bells Hotel with my friends comfortably for a week. The hotel is in a really good location to hang around the Notting Hill area. The family room and the triple room where we stayed were very spacious and clean, and had the nice bathroom with a good conditioned shower. But the sound of the tube was a bit noisy until getting used to. The staffs were kind and very helpful.

It would be nicer if I could have an option to have an English breakfast. It was boring to have a continental breakfast for a week or so.

Our room was a walled off hallway. You could not even walk around the bed. There was no room for luggage. A picture of our room is no where to be seen on the website because if they showed it they wouldn't get any visitors. We were located right above the front door (look at the picture - that was the width of the room), so all the smokers outside might as well have been sitting on our bed.

The bed was comfortable. Good location

The staff were very poor, they failed to tells us when breakfast was, resulting in us missing it. They were not helpful, or informative or in anyway pleased for you to be there or to be there themselves. Daily service did not occur everyday & when it did it was very badly done. The room was extremely small.
