Поскольку в отеле наша семья проводила только ночь, то выбор именно этого отеля основывался на цене и на удобстве месторасположения. Персонал достаточно дружелюбен, про уборку надо напоминать, завтрак оставляет желать лучшего. Если бы завтрак был получше, то было бы совсем хорошо. |

очень хорошее и удобное месторасположение отеля. приветливый персонал. небольшая, но чистая ванная комната. недостатки:слышно метро, но если не сидеть целый день в номере , это не мешает. скудный завтрак. |

The staff were polite but don't really care about the customer. The carpet in the room was disgusting, as the curtains. The heating did not work in my room, I mentionned it but nothing was done. Very poor tv channel choice. Breakfast was very poor and the staff there was not nice, almost rude. What's more I came back with some unexpected guest as I had fleas and louses! |

I liked the location. The hotel staff is very nice, the bed are confortable, there are tea and coffee facilities in the rooms and free internet access. Only two weak points: no lift for the luggage and the single rooms are tiny. |

The location and the price You feel the subway pass, the breakfast was very limited (not continental as announced), we have a single key for two rooms and one of the rooms had a broken window. |

The hotel is situated in a lovely and quiet area. The room where we stayed was very big and clean, great window view, and had the modern bathroom. The hotel was close to the underground, Tesco and restaurants. The noise from the train in the underground. Breakfast service was slow, they could improve the service. |

The hotel was within easy access to the underground. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The bathroom was very modern. The twin room had a double and a single bed with no space in between. There was no plug in the wash hand basin or anything to stop any items e.g. rings dropped into the basin from going straight down the plughole. There were only two tea bags and small cartons of milk provided. The room was on the third floor with no lift. No bed side lights so had to cross the room in the dark |

location was good, 5 min to underground station, however, this convenience was not as joyful in the night, underground trains didnt stop during the night, and was very loud i thought the hotel was 3 stars, but i rooms looked more like 1 or 2 stars. we stayed in a room b3 (b for basement) the room smelled of mold and wasnt cozy at all. very basic... the continental breakfast in a hotel consisted of toast, butter, jam and coffee. Reception staff was nice however the the girl that worked during the breakfast had a horrible attitude. |

Staff kind Room tto small, damaged wardrobe, dirty walls, no lift, fair breakfast. The hairdryer and lights on bedside didn't work. The pictures on web were not real. No hot water because too many people had shower at the same time. |

Good situated; 5 min from the underground station; From 6 in the morning until 24, the underground passes underneath the hotel, room's shaking and it's frightening. If you have problems with your hart, I don;t recomend this hotel. Breakfast very poor, caffe, tea and some gem. |

Beds were good. Free internet in lounge. Breakfast simple but sufficient. Close to tube Room was horribly small for two people. No fridge as promised. View from the room was a brick wall, we couldn't even see the sky. The tube..... |

Rooms ok/as expected, same with breakfast. Good location for access to the city/underground. We were 12 people and would have liked an "assembly" room, the one in question was usually occupied. Some of the showers did not work very well at all. |

Location; helpful staff (information...); TV, fridge and kettle in the bedroom; comfortable bed; very reasonable bathroom. Terrible screeching sound coming from floorboards; breakfast was incredibly meager (no fruit, eggs, cheese, or ham); the tube was heard and felt up to the 3rd floor (where we were); the room was incredibly small; no space for luggage; cleaning service was resumed to taking the rubbish out. |

The hotel staff was friendly and the room was kept clean during our stay. Our room was at the upper floor and the stairs were too narrow. So, you should ask for a room at the lower floors when you make your booking. |

I stayed at Blue Bells Hotel with my friends comfortably for a week. The hotel is in a really good location to hang around the Notting Hill area. The family room and the triple room where we stayed were very spacious and clean, and had the nice bathroom with a good conditioned shower. But the sound of the tube was a bit noisy until getting used to. The staffs were kind and very helpful. It would be nicer if I could have an option to have an English breakfast. It was boring to have a continental breakfast for a week or so. |
