Lage und Ausstattung des Hotels

Die Flur- und Zimmertürentüren schließen aufgrund der Automatik teilweise sehr laut,was besonders früh morgens zu Ruhestörungen führt

Super tolle Zimmer. Der Kühlschrank war schon voll mit Toast, Milch und Butter. Es gab alles von Marmelade bis hin zu Müsli, Flakes, Kaffee und vielen Teesorten. Sehr zentral gelegen und mit Garage im Haus.

The appartment facilities and cleanleness was supper. the location was not so far from the town center.

We stayed for one night then asked to extend our stay for another night. the staff member said it's fine and after we payed for the second night they asked us to get our money back and leave the hotel which was not acceptable at all. the mistake was from the receptionest not ours. we refused to leave and stayed.

Clean, stylish, very comfortable apartment and quiet.

Still signs of construction on the canal side of the apartments. And... was it really necessary to have plates and cutlery laid out on tables and worktops, which needed clearing away before being able to use those spaces?

The appartment was gorgeous, very spacious and very modern.

The windows were very dirty. Its was too hot in the bedrooms.

Central, convenient and 24 hour reception.

Noise! I appears quite a lot of party people use this accommodation and due to the nature of the hotels construction the noise of people coming and going is amplified and seems to echo through the building. The self closing fire doors in the apartment really start to get on your nerves. Don't bring a cat you won't be able to swing it in the bedroom. Nowhere to hang outdoor coats or bath robes, towels etc.

Excellent accommodation with easy access to Manchester Central

The rooms were far too hot and the directions to the hotel were appalling even though we had sat nav in the car.

I liked the fact that the hotel looks modern and all the rooms were very clean and well designed and decorated. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which also very spacious and we liked that. It has also good (but limited) parking facilites with direct access to the hotel rooms. The hotel also situated in a very central area, within walking distance of the city centre, close to the transport facilities and close to the highway

We were not impressed by the service given at the reception. Staff was not friendly. Actually they looked annoyed when we asked for info or questions. Our room safe was locked and we couldn't open it. We called reception, we were given some codes but these didn't work. We called again and were told that the maintenance man would come and open it for us, but no one ever showed up (we also gave permission to enter the room if we were not there). Also, the code to the garage was changed during our stay and no one informed us about it. We were stuck in the rain trying to figure out what was wrong until someone else (by chance) had access to the garage opened for us. Communication with guests has to be improved!

Staff were efficient. Room was of a good standard and the refreshments/breakfast pack was a nice touch

having to give a £100 deposit after paying. reported damages to room on arrival but these did not appear to be noted.

No smoking rooms/dedicated smoking locations inside the hotel

Superb flat, would be better for longer stay rather than one night.
