    Reasonably close to the centre and good value for money. Lots of space in the apartment, large balcony and a well supplied kitchen.

    No wi fi all weekend, broken lock on the toilet door and general signs of wear (scuffed doors and floors, broken lock handles on the balcony door). Looks like a long list but mostly minor things and would stay again.

    Good location Reasonably priced

    No microwave (despite being listed) Dishwasher did not work. Only one lift for such a large establishment meant long waits

    Positives were location, cleanliness and the reception staff were really helpful and friendly even when busy. Overall a good experience and it really offers good value for money against the competitors - would recommend.

    Negative was the wifi reception, how got the flat got and lack of fresh air and also the lack of a frying pan.

    A few minutes walk from the nightlife a great base and being a group of friends a great way of socialising and spending as much time as possible together... Getting ready for a night out.. Lovely stylish apartments excellent value for money.

    A view if a carpark big a sea view but hey oh we are j. Manchester.

    i use the blue rainbow when i go to see my family in manchester and i usually book it midweek. It's like going from home to home i look forward to being there it's part of my visit to my family.

    There really isn't anything to dislike

    The furniture & equipment and the atrium in the building.

    The inner room had now window could be opened, therefore there was very warm inside.

    It was very clean and the staff were very friendly. There was everything I needed available in the hotel rooms to make it a comfortable night stay.

    As I gave 100 deposit I felt constantly on edge in case I broke something. The price list for the fixtures of something broke made me feel like I could not use the facilities available and could not make myself comfortable. Also the bedrooms got too warm and night making it difficult to sleep.

    -wifi is available in one bedroom only,but no wifi in the living area and the other bedroom. -no nearby supermarket. -very limited kitchen suppliments. -shared balcony for two appartments, no privecy.

    I was pleasantly surprised by the facilities in the rooms especially the kitchen. I liked the fact that a dishwasher tablet and washing up liquid was provided

    On the surface the rooms looked clean but you could feel the dust. Not good for someone with asthma. Also I could here everything that was going on in the next room and in the corridor

    Liked the space it provided us

    In hindsight we would have been better suited to somewhere more central, we were offered no help with our luggage and considering the elevator wasn't working it was quite a struggle as I have severe arthritis.

    Location, straight out onto Deansgate area Comfy bedrooms/beds

    Lack of shelves in oven/oven trays. No balcony chairs Security deposit has to be paid on same card as the one you used to pay with which caused loads of people annoyance at check in

    Everything you needed was there! It's like going from home to home, superb quality of accommodation, and excellent staff service. I can not really find any faults, very happy and had an amazing time. Thank you

    If I'm being petty the only drawback would be it was not the easiest to find as there were no obvious property sign.

    STAFF , LOCATION

    Its really hot inside the apartments and there is no air conditioning, it can be difficult to sleep at night specially because there are no windows in some rooms. The hotel must set up a fan in each room or to have air conditioning system.

    I liked the price and location

    several of the apartments had issues with flooding!!! also the lack of Air-conditioning and the big glass windows made it very hot inside

    when i was doing cheekin they ask me for 100 bound as deposit and when i was finish from the cheekout and they told me your deposit it will be in your account after 3 days . after 4 hours from cheeking out i get email from the hotel they will not refound the deposit so this hotel is very bad and they are theif
