Nice room and the place the Servers is very poor and my cloths stick at the washer machine more than 4 days and i call the Reception and every day they say we will fix it and nothing happen, we order for blanket in the first day but they give it for us after 4 days !! and there are no remote for the dvd player also .. |

the space, the little breakfast items the cleanliness, the convience, the car parking underneath straight to the room Only one lift to get checked out in the morning. The car parking is not very sign posted so it was a little difficult to find initally |

The staff are lovely, nice greeting, very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and well equiped. to stay for a secondnight it worked out expensive more than double the price :-( |

Facilities in apartment very good. Lady at reception needs more training. Was told that credit card could not be accepted without pin no. I told her that I would pay with cash. Left family waiting in tiny lobby for 30 minutes, fould atm and after returning with cash, lady at reception said I could not pay with cash. Make your mind up please! Then she decided to accept my credit card without pin. Very frustrating experience. Do not stay with young family at weekends, a lot of noise on various levels. Room too hot even with heaters turned off. Had to leave a noisy fan on all night. |

The apartment was really spacious and well furnished, perfect for a girly weekend away. The room wasn't ready until 3 o'clock and the hotel staff are not very helpful or friendly. it's supposed to be 5 star and the rooms do live up to expectations but I wouldn't say that you get 5 Star service from the staff. It's not walking distance into Central Manchester but is only 5 mins in a cab. |

Fabulous stylish apartments Would definatley stop here again! 5 min walk to deansgate locks. You have to leave £100 credit or debit card deposit on arrival . Seems a bit harsh when payment has been taken previously? |

Really comfortable with a central location. Just round the corner from Deansgate bars and around 10 minutes walk from a sainsbury's for fridge essentials. No sihns to the hotel, difficult to find unless you ask. |

The apartments are top quality, comfortable and very modern. The staff are excellent and I would recommend this hotel to anybody. The only issue was the heating system seemed to make noise alot |

I liked the rooms, all decorated to a high spec and the provisions left for us to use in the room were a nice touch. Very close to central Manchester, an ideal place to stop. |

the receptionist was very helpfull but I feel he did not recieve the support he needed from the duty manager re the problems we raised. one of the rooms I booked was not serviced after some time the manager did agree a refund. the taking of 100 ppound from my card with the posibility of not geeting the money back for 7days is unacseptable this was not made visible on the booking form. will you pay interst on the money whilst it is your account not minealso the process of putting cost on the rooms as a standard ie car parking is also in my view not acseptable. |

The location of the apartments was excellent. The rug in the lounge was covered in dirt but the rest of the room was satisfactory. |

The Apartment was great size and good views, All you need is provided in the apartment. Oven was not clean and smoked when i made food, No tea towel or cloths to wipe anything up if you spilt anything, no smoking anywhere, dvd player did not work, paid for an exec room and got a smaller room than what i was showed in the pictures, the internet package was really expensive for something that is normaly supplied free in most places, no radio or hi-fi to connect an ipod for music! When i booked i was told i could not cancel and then they made a massive error and took the money out my account 4 days after i had booked, when i called they then said i could get a refund? Strange? But all in all i enjoyed my stay and will look to stay again. |

A modern clean apartment with an excellent complimentary breakfast pack within easy walking distance of central manchester Would have been better to have a "larger" bed ie kingsize, than the standard double supplied. |
