The apartment was clean and modern reception staff very helpful, location for Manchester very good. Noise from outside on both Friday and Saturday night stopped me from sleeping would have liked air-conditioning. |

The proximity to rail network and metrolink services and the open and spacious feeling in the atrium. The room was good although a bit too warm - the portable air system was not effective. The immediate surroundings were a bit like a building site. |

The location was good and the staff were helpfull. 5 star!? The fittings and finishes were sub standard. The bedrooms were tiny boxes with no windows. The bathroom smelt like it had been sprayed with an overpowering, horrible, lingering air freshener!! |

The apartments are fitted out to a very high standard. Pictures, lamps, the furniture, the TV the kitchen facilities - extremely impressive - a home from home and better than any hotel I have used in the UK. Fantastic amount of space. It was very hot in the apartment - very hot and there did not appear to be proper air conditioning provision. The mobile unit was not easy to work out! Some ceiling lights were missing in the bedroom. There was only one lift which made it a bit slow at times, we were on the 9th floor. |

l liked the fact that someone was kind and layed out the table for dinner! The only thing l was not happy about is that the old stone wall at the water channel is not exposed as a feature and a nice calming view! |

The hotel was very comfortable, the apartments are big and clean, decorated in good taste. Close to the city centre. I would definitely stay there again! We could not open the window in one of the bedrooms, and the person who slept there complained that he could not sleep well because there was not enough air in the room. |

location, luxury acom, home from home! on arrival was asked for £100 to be frozen on my debit card as a deposit and also photo id. I was not informed of this when i booked. which caused embarasment at time of checking!! i would recomend that all bookings are informed of this. also we reported twice about a strong smell coming from the boiler. and nothing was done about it!! |

Staff very friendly, apartment great, food basket a very nice touch. Very warm particularly in bedroom. Had to wedge doors open and keep window wide open to cool apartment down. Could do with air con. |

The hotel was certainly luxurious and the breakfast pack and toiletries in the bathrooms were great. The decor etc was lovely and the atrium was beautiful. Cow skin rugs are not to my taste! |

really handy place to stay: great location, everything you need and more flexibility than staying in a hotel (i.e. you can cook your own food, hang out etc with privacy and quiet) nuffink! It was great! |

Spacious, clean, lovely furnishings, everything you need for a weekend away with friends. Even included a corkscrew! The beds were comfortable but the rooms were too hot to sleep properly, even with the window open. |

the privacy of the room with its balcony. proximity to all attractions and restaraunts plus very luxurious room .the balcony had no furniture and we had to take the dining chairs outside. with it being a luxury aparthotel i would of thought outdoor furniture would be provided |

Everything you could possibly need was provided. The standard of finish and attention to detail were impressive - especially the rubber ducks in the bathroom! I only hope that the rates are maintained as they are at a level where I will use the apartments for every trip to Manchester. The lights in the bathroom need to be brighter or have the facility to make them brighter for shaving. A hook near the end of the bath to hang a towel on would be useful, as the fresh towels are folded and stored behind the shower door, which means having to step out of the bath to reach them.These are only minor points and did not spoil our experience. |

all the little extras made a difference, very clean, good location, staff friendly. portable air con was not the best in the bedroom, only one lift- which the cleaners were using a lot which made us waiting a long time. |
