Wide spacious room Clean room Good wifi Good location according to city center
Unable to leave internal room doors open. All doors rattled when one door is opened.
Easy walking distance from the City centre, cheap parking nearby, good balcony, very decent-sized apartments
The lift - there's only one, it was ridiculously slow and ineffective and broke down during our stay (we were on the top floor and I was on crutches at the time!!)
Easy booking, polite and helpful staff, good location, comfortable apartment
Wifi was very fast to very slow Bedroom very stuffy - no air Window sill in lounge literally rotting and black with mould Kettle boils and steam condenses onto plug socket under cooker hood. A matter of time before someone gets electrocuted. This is an extraordinary health and safety breach surely elevator excruciatingly slow so advise booking 1st floor and you can use stairs cleaning staff dominate the single elevator in the mornings. I had four stops on one journey just to facilitate them
Check in with efficient friendly staff. Spacious clean apartment. Easy walk into City Great price.
Wifi poor Took £100 deposit and could only take if from card paid with. I understand that but don't understand why the bank then take 3-5 days to refund it. Not ideal over Christmas, cash would have been better !!!
Easy check in, parking, helpful staff, independence of the apartment rather than hotel regime and only a short walk (less than a mile) from the city centre for shops
Good location Clean Comfortable
Oven and grill didn't work Freezer not working Shower door broken Table legs wonky - unable to stand glass on it safely. Smoke alarm constantly beeped Staff not particularly helpful when all these problems pointed out
Like of everything the reception staff ecellent
the feeling of space, I only stayed 1 evening and was alone so almost felt I wasted the facilities - great for people travelling together
no vending facilities within the complex so you have to go out to buy basic provisions (although tea / coffee etc obviously in the room)
Bright apartment with good facilities and pretty good location for The Palace Theatre.
En-suite bathroom smelt a bit fusty and was a bit grubby - to my wife's exacting standards.
Clean, Comfortable place to stay, staff friendly, great location on Deansgate
We were on floor 7 and our apartment only had narrow windows unlike all the other apartments and I like lots of light
Have stayed here many times before, great apartments in great location, perfect for a short stay
Had to pay £15 for an extra duvet
Space, location, secure parking, kitchen facilities
one bedroom is "internal" with windows on to the corridor and closed atrium - noisey, constant light (blinds ineffective / broken) and no fresh air. Beds uncomfortable and poor quality linen Daily housekeeping is an "optional extra" - not good value Lift was broken for first day Wifi didn't work for first day
Value for money is excellent.
Wifi was down for 2 days. Washing machine spoilt. No clear sign to apartment.
I have submitted a complaint through the customer service team
Carpark, but expensive for just overnight.
No wifi, staff didn't answer phone and bathroom sink blocked with what looked like vomit.
Great facilities, really nice bathroom all very clean. Originally booked a two bedroom but ended up with two, one bedroom apartments next to each other due to an issue with my originally booked room. Spoilt the trip a little as the group of friends were separated.
Bedroom was far too hot so didn't sleep well, plus fridge also smelt of curry. Wasn't too comfortable walking back to the apartments from the nearby bars as it was not too well lit around the immediate area.
Elevators and WiFi
Liked the apartment, liked that it had two bedroom exclusive apart. The apartment was shown l as in your booking pictures. Calm and nice place to stay, I'll be back :)
That the in doors in the apartment closes auto mat (I like to have open.) And a bit of a buissy morning outside, so what we are in a very busy city But not a problem at all
The location is very good for visiting central Manchester (Christmas Market & restaurants). Car parking is secure. Staff helpful and polite.
We have been going to this location for several years but probably will not next year. We have seen the standards slip over the years probably to save money. The carpets and paintwork are getting shabby - definitely in need of a make-over. We are pretty sure I booked an executive apartment (Better than basic) but when I found we had 6 small sachets of milk for 4 people over 2 days I thought that was a bit mean. There were only a few biscuits on offer too.
Appartment was excellent, very clean and with great faciliites- everything we could possibly need. Great space and preferable to a hotel as wanted 2 rooms, this gave us separate bedrooms and great communnal space. Staff very helpful and friendly.
No problems at all
A fantastic alternative to the all the normal hotel chains. These apartments are nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. A great place to stay in the heart of the city
Never enough hot water
Set out of apartment High standard of facilities, but these were let down slightly by the property needing to be painted in several area settings and location
The apartment was lovely but needed a refresh; lick of paint. Despite the apartment being for four people only enough seating for three at a squash on the settee. Bathroom light not working
Very roomy much more private than two hotel rooms good place to relax Location is excellent of seeing Manchester sights Would definately go back excellent value for money
apartment had obviously been partyed in before - although was clear there were lots of little faults that hadn't been put right It was a bit like a posh student halls of residence - but still great value Poor wi fi connection which kept cutting out
