The hotel is very clean and staff were helpful.I good place as a base for the city centre.rooms well appointed with a kitchenette and a large TV! |

Central location. Privacy & relaxation in our own apartment. Come & go as we please. Rooms rather warm. Duvet tog too high & heavy, we both sweated each night, so not a good sleep. Poor lighting in the bathroom, needs light over the mirror. Impossible for women to put makeup on easily. |

Complimentary Basket and Breakfast. Bread, Milk and selections of teas & Coffee. The Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Still signs of previous use. The Kitchen area was still smelling from cooking of previous visitors. The Window was left open for majority of overnight stay but smell was still permeating in main living area and Kitchen. Very difficult to find on foot from town centre. Had to make several telephone call as the Apartment Building difficult to see and Not visibly marked from a distance. However furnishings were nice and Bedroom was cosy. |

It is a home away from home! Disappointed that the second bedroom does not have two twin beds to accommodate our two adults children - our son is 26 and our daughter 24 years old. Upon arrival we had to request for an extra bed! |

The location, style and cleanliness of the venue is excellent. The car parking facility is also, first rate although nobody told me how to open the gate to exit. The heat in the room was excessive. I would guess something around 88-90F and this was without any of the radiators being turned on. This is fine if you're just getting out of the shower but sleeping in it was nigh impossible. Also there were two people on reception, one of which was efficient and polite, the other was doing absolutely nothing but watch the queue for reception build up. |

everything is exellent ,, the apartment is near to piccadilly station mybe 7 min by taxi ,,, when i come to manchester again i will leave in this apartment because is 100 % .. the staff was helping and friendly no body take the bags to my apartment |

Absolutely fabulous acommodation. The level of luxury was second to none as was the service. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They couldn't do enough for us. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and very nicely designed. I would definately recommend this hotel to others and hope to pay another visit to it again in the new year. Thankyou to all at blue rainbow for a wonderful experience. |

The hotel was in an excellent location close to the main shopping and entertaining areas. There were many good restaurants relatively close by. THe apartment block appeared new and was well appointed. The flat itself was beautiful with all you could need. These was even fresh milk and bread in the fridge as well as breakfast cereals and tea/coffee. We were delighted by the whole package. The only difficulty with the hotel is actually finding it. It is very hard to find if you are not familiar with Manchester. We had to ask the concierges of three other hotels before getting a taxi driver to point it out. We were within 60 yards of the hotel and could not see a sign for it. The joining instructions and the local signage need improvement. |

Well appointed rooms with good facilities. It was clean and modern and the breakfast pack was a nice touch. On site underground parking was well worth the charge. Bedrooms backing onto the inner access corridors had no opening windows and the blinds were inadequate to stop the light flooding in when the IR sensors were triggered by guests walking in the area. Very stuffy and too hot even in Novemeber. |

after a long day shopping it was so convienient to relax with tv and snacks in pleasent surroundings the kids found a mans magazine down by the sopha that they found amusing!!!!!1 |

Most things were good. Value for money if you share. Nice apartments situated close to many attractions. The Internet, did not work on the TV but stil cost £5. |

The quality and design of the furnishings; the facilities; the space; the breakfast and decent coffee. The plastic roses on the pillows!!There was no cafetiere for the decent ground coffee. |

The appartment facilities and cleanleness was supper. the location was not so far from the town center. We stayed for one night then asked to extend our stay for another night. the staff member said it's fine and after we payed for the second night they asked us to get our money back and leave the hotel which was not acceptable at all. the mistake was from the receptionest not ours. we refused to leave and stayed. |

the whole experiance was brilliant , will deffinatley be staying again ! complimentory breakfast basket was appreciated and complimentry use of bath robes was an excellent touch some of the doors were dirty but apart from that excellent stay . |

Clean, stylish, very comfortable apartment and quiet. Still signs of construction on the canal side of the apartments. And... was it really necessary to have plates and cutlery laid out on tables and worktops, which needed clearing away before being able to use those spaces? |

The apart itself was okay. We were left alone which is what we prefered. Overall not a bad apart and site. The description stated the apartment was 500 metres from Manchester Piccadily train station. It took 45 minutes walking to get from A to B. It was completely unacceptable. On the day it was raining and my partner was not impressed. I had to contact blue rainbow apart several times directly (0845 number) to get directions to the hotel as I do not know the city well. On the day of departure we had to get a taxi to the trainstation because it was raining heavily. If a misrepresentation such as distance is to be made, a reimbursement for taxi fares etc should be applied for customers. It really, really pissed me off and only because I have been busy with work, have I not complained. |

Central, convenient and 24 hour reception. Noise! I appears quite a lot of party people use this accommodation and due to the nature of the hotels construction the noise of people coming and going is amplified and seems to echo through the building. The self closing fire doors in the apartment really start to get on your nerves. Don't bring a cat you won't be able to swing it in the bedroom. Nowhere to hang outdoor coats or bath robes, towels etc. |
