Friendly service and excellent breakfasts

We were made to feel very welcome. The key pad was an excellent idea. Breakfast was very good.

The only thing to pass comment on was having to go upstairs for breakfast. Also the tables a bit small and wobbly. We have to stress this did not spoil our holiday-

The worst place we have ever been - and we travel a lot! But if you fancy nights where you simply want to try catching some sleep in a tiny, bumpy out-worn bed while listening to the sounds of snoring and toiletting of your room-neighbours, sharing their TV-program through thin walls, hearing the proprietors radio, mobile-calling and her dog barking, smelling her cigarette through your window - that's the place for you! If you then expect to get reimbursed by a sufficient breakfast - wrong! YOU'll have to fight for crumbs of bread, butter rarely to be conquered and the coffee - forget it. Never again!!!

The entry system is a brilliant idea, the room was very nice, beds were comfortable and Clare and her staff were very friendly and helpful.

Convenience to all things in Lyme Regis. very clean and tidy, outside a little sruffy due to being on main rd.

The room was large and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and big. The breakfast was adequate and quite tasty. The hotel was full but was quiet so we werent woken at night or kept awake. All in all a peaceful stay in a budget hotel that had some of the feel of a boutique hotel.

It would not suit anyone with mobility issues. Everywhere was either up or down quite a steep hill. I had a bad back (nothing to do with the bed) whilst there and I struggled with the hill.

Mainly booked for the position and at a reasonable price. When there we saw numerous other establishments for a similar price and better located.

The property is well located though only offers street parking. There is nearby public parking for ehich you pay.The establishment did not have any public facilities other than the first floor breakfast room which was limited.The bathroom was more like a cubicle.Owner was friendly.Breakfast was very limited.

Before we even got to the b&b, we received a text message welcoming us and with instructions for the hotel, we already felt welcome. The room was lovely, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was provided with a very good selection of good quality food, the staff were chatty but not intrusive, the place itself is located within a short walk of town and is a great location. Highly recommended, would stay again!

The only problems were perhaps the windows not keeping the noise of the seagulls out, we were woken by that constantly but that's only relevant from about 6am onwards, it didn't affect our night's sleep overall.

Location is brilliant - a short walk from the town and the Cobb. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely - well-cooked and not greasy. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything worked - the shower was easy to operate and instructions had been left in the bathroom. The car park was nearby and very cheap. We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite the appalling weather ! I would certainly stay here again.

the bed was a little uncomfortable as the matress was a single block of foam with a cover or pad of somesort on the top. not so bad that I felt like complaining

It was clean and the serving staff were pleasant. The door entry system was useful.

Room 4 was far too small and it was a struggle for two people to move around. The bed squeaked and the mattress was way too soft with, seemingly, springs causing lumps. The shower/w.c. was very small. The decor was ugly, tired and dated.

Good location, friendly, reasonable price, good access to accommodation.

On a steep hill

Blue Sky b&b is ideally located just off the main street of Lyme Regis, but not noisy at night. Excellent breakfast, quick and friendly service. We would definitely stay there again and look forward to our next visit.

Breakfast was great, location is ideal and the local facilities and restaurants are well worth a visit.

The closest to the main attractions of Liyme Regis. The Cobb, the beach and the shopping centre. Good bus mroute to Charmouth, Axminster etc. I loved Lyme Regis and want to come again one day and stay longer next time. Thank you for making my few days so great.

Hotel carinissimo e in buona posizione. il parcheggio pubblico e' vicinissimo e costa veramente poco. Lyme Regis e' un posto delizioso e imperdibile per un naturalista !

Der Service ist kaum mehr zu übertreffen. Soviel Hilfsbereitschaft und Engagement ist aussergewöhnlich und hat uns für das wirklich sehr schlechte Wetter mehr als entschädigt. Clare ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin und zaubert mit ihren Helferinnen ein wundervolles Frühstück.

Expected someone to greet us, given a key code instead . Breakfast ok but surroundings very sterile.

We had a lot of luggage and our room was quite small.When our room was done it had not just been cleaned but our stuff had been reorganised to make the most of the space available.

it was expensive for the accommodation we got.

The breakfast was terrible.The whole thing was a shambles first morning the breakfast was bought out before we had finished our cereal no tea pot just a tea ern and the toast must be made first and put on a hot plate its like a rock and the bread was cheap stuff..The breakfast room is a bit conjested and the tables are a joke they are patio tables made from a look alike aliminium.

The room was clean and in pretty updated decor, ensuite is small but comfortable.
