Blue Waters Bed And Breakfast

We stayed in room 2 which was very spacious, bed very comfy, breakfast served in the room was excellent. Hostess very friendly and reccomended a lovely pub in near by Axmouth for evening meals. Tesco just across the road, proved handy.

The room was warm and comfortable. Breakfast was as ordered. Nice size shower room, the bed was comfortable. Very quiet at night despite being on a main road.

Please consider adding a smoke alarm. and a useable mirror as I found it diffiuclt to use the mirror supplied by the table (ie too high). Also a bedside table for the other side.

The room was very comfortable with breadfast served in our rooom which was wonderful. The owners were very nice and friendly. would book again.

Friendly Helpful Staff Location Relaxed Atmosphere Decoration - Tasteful seaside theme. Even the coffee mugs had a saucy postcard print. Plenty of Coffee, Tea etc including a bottle of water. A free small fridge to store my insulin. Ideal for cans or bottles. Good advice for places to visit & to go for evening meals.

The decor of the place was a very high standard, the art in the room and bathroom were very nice. Accommodation was quite spacious,very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Fantastic breakfast served to your room giving it a relaxing luxury feel. Friendly staff. Very clean, spacious rooms well decorated. Ample tea and coffee facilities. Plenty of information about places to eat and local attractions. Very accomodating for late arrivals.

This was an absolutely brilliant base for my son and I to tour the area and go fossil hunting. The room and ensuite were excellent and breakfast was perfect. The owner was very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We will definitely stay here again if we return Devon.

I was under the impression that it was on the sea front, although it was infact a 2 mintue walk to the sea front it was not a sea view that i was expecting.

Absolutely wonderful B&B. Lovely welcoming and friendly owners. First class accommodation. Great location. Fabulous tasty breakfasts...and piping hot! A home from home.

The owners were very friendly. The woman added straight a curtain up the window when we said it was not dark enough at night. The room was nicely decorating and the bed was comfortable.

The shower was a bit small and not very powerful. It says on the website there was a fridge in the bedroom but there was none.

Breakfast excellent and set you up for the day. Lovely idea to have it in your room as it was more personal without having to make polite conversation with others! Owners friendly but not over familiar - just right. Would recommend this to anyone. Wine glasses in the room a nice touch as you don't always want to drink when out so it was nice to bring a bottle back to the hotel.

The room, including the en suite, was spotless. We were very impressed with the breakfast and loved the fact that it was in the room at a table. We were advised about which places to eat in the evening and enjoyed a local family run pub that served excellent food...we would be happy to stay here again.

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. Rooms are tastefully furnished with lots of 'seaside knicknacks'. Owners friendly and helpful.

The Blue Waters B&B is excellent value for money, the room and on suite shower room are very spacious, the large bed was very comfortable.The (very substantial) breakfast was the perfect start and set us up for the rest of the day

The b&b is located just by the harbour 2 second walk to beach , it is very clean comfrable and the owners are welcoming ! The facility's are great , very comfy bed and shower room amazing (room 2 ) great idea to have breakfast in our room , it really didn't feel as though we were saying in someone's home , great sleection of choices for breakfast ! Full English amazing ! Just a great break and would love to come again in the summer to see the liveliness of image seaside town ! Deffontatl stay at this b&b again !
