Stunning scenery, beautiful location. Town just had no restaurants open in the week in the evening, all only serve Breakfast & lunch & then close or stop serving food. A couple small takeaways for evening week night food is all that is available.

Seaton is a very quiet unspoilt place that is lovely for walks along the beach, the cliff park or along the wetlands. It is very much for the local population and not that much orientated towards visitors. The tram ride is well worth a visit.
If you want noise and discos don't go.

Easy to get around Seaton on foot.
Easy to get around Seaton on foot. Ragini restaurant was very good. Hideaway on seafront good for a cream tea. Yeungs Chinese takeaway excellent. When eating need to ensure places are open when out of season. Large Tesco/Aldi etc in centre great if you are self-catering. Tramway a good experience. Donkey Sanctuary a surprisingly good visit too and "free" not many of those around. A very relaxing & charming location.

Seaton Tramway was very enjoyable and a day rover certainly worth the money if you want to do more than one trip.
Seaton Wetlands was a wonderful place for birds watching and wildlife although you are not allowed to take your dog. The island hide particulary had plenty of birds while I was there.

A quiet safe place for a short stay. Not much night life or finer dining restaurants.

It has a nice beach if you don't mind pebbles, it has a great promenade, it has the tramway of course, it's less hilly than some seaside resorts. It's not that crowded in high season, though parking is liable to be a problem. As is often the case, some properties will list as having parking when what they mean is street parking outside, not on-site off-road parking. The other potential issue is the comparative lack of public transport links - there's said to be a bus service to Seaton, but main line train services stopped in 1965 and the tramway doesn't go anywhere in particular.
Nigel and Linnea are excellent hosts. They made us feel very welcome and the tea and cake on arrival was a lovely touch. Breakfast was delicious, cooked by Nigel, with a great variety to choose from including homemade preserves. They are both very knowledgable about the area which was very helpful.
Nothing was too much trouble. Linnea is very attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. Nigel and Linnea are lovely people and we would thoroughly recommend a stay here. Much better than a hotel.
The cooked breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Continental breakfast was also available, along with kitchen facilities to cook you own if you wanted to. The bedding was very clean. We had secure storage for our bicycles. Limited alcoholic drinks were available for purchase at a simple bar in the reception area. Takeaways could be ordered and delivered from Seaton.
The chalet was nice, clean and well equipped, no washing machine but there was laundry place down in Seaton 😉 beds were very comfy, we loved mooing cows in the evenings and mornings 😍 and our little dog loved morning walks to the nearby picnic area, the views the were amazing! thank you ☺️
We really loved this Hotel, such easy going friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Our two dogs enjoyed it too and were made very welcome.
It is in a great position in Seaton. We enjoyed our stay very much, and hope to return
.Thank you.
Location in quiet side street, 50 metres from Seaton's pebble beach. Roomy, we'll equipped accommodation for a couple. Adjacent to SW Coast Path for walkers. Superstore 400 metres away. Good bus services to other resorts.
The apartment is very new and spotlessly clean. Loved very single details there. The apartment is very bright, airy and stylish. Close to seaton beach side, it's just 3 mins drive away. Would definitely go there again.
