Loved the bedroom, very comfortable and quiet
Nothing - all was excellent
Overall experience was brilliant, very quiet, perfect location - ideally situated for short journey to Ascot and Winsor. Would definitely come back, wish we had booked for longer. Would like to see it when work has been completed
Location great, great access. The main house was in the process of renovation, which we were warned about. Helpful contact from owner via email regarding access.
Great location and private access to each room
Liked the privacy - we had actually no face to face contact with owner! The garden room would be at its best in summer with the deck and furniture. Comfortable bed and plenty of hot water.
Parking was very limited and difficult access and egress. Very soft gravel in driveway. General external tidy up would be a vast improvement - don't recognise house from photograph in advert! Provision of a microwave in the kitchen cubicle would be great.
It was me & my 4yr old daughter that stayed here as it was so close to LEGOland,we stayed 2 nights, lovely feel good room, very comfy, warm & all facilities were clean, well catered for including a breakfast...cereals,fruit,all kinds of tea & coffee, bread, cheeses, jams & so on...both great night sleep in comfy beds, would highly recommend...it was alot better than hotels i have stayed in as it had a homely fill to it...we will be back
It was good to have the freedom to have breakfast in our room. Bluebell House is located in a quiet spot; Loch Fyne restaurant is just next door and we had a really nice evening meal there
What a delightful overnight stop, just wish we could have stayed longer. The Windsor Room was totally charming and very comfortable. Our simple, but plentiful breakfast was made even better by taking it in our room at leisure. Best nights sleep I've had away from home for a long time.
Can't think of anything really!
Beautiful big rooms with plenty space. En suite and a very spacious bath! Small fridge and selections of teas, coffees and hot chocolates available. Flat screen television with freeview channels. Very informative guest book left, with taxi numbers, wifi password and discount vouchers for the local restaurants. When we arrived, work was being done to the front of the house so a complimentary breakfast was left throughout our stay. Very good breakfast with bread, yogurts, cereal, cheeses, milk and morning juices. Spoiled for choice. Beautiful B&B would definitely stay again!
Good location for Ascot Racecourse.
Very comfortable and clean room. Barbara very friendly and accomodating
Poor tv reception
The fact that I knew we were going to arrive after the last check-in time did not become an issue as the owner was more than helpful to accomodate our needs. We also enjoyed a lovely meal in the pub/restaurant next door which wasn't cheap but well worth it.
Not a lot !!!
No directions to find house No visible signs of owners Steps down to garden room would be a problem for less sure footed people (especially if it was wet!) Breakfast consisted of two Tupperware containers of bread (Does not constitute a continental breakfast in my book!) Only 3 tea bags of Earl Grey, second cup of tea out of the question. Bathroom very poor lighting, like shaving in the dark! Dangerous slippery bathmat, could be a nasty accident if not careful All in all, not a pleasant stay
Spotless comfortable rooms, beautifully laid out with everything you could want. The continental breakfast was very convenient, and our autistic grandson referred to it as "home" which about sums it up.
Great location near Ascot race track Lovely garden room Very nice breakfast provided
everything about the place. have stayed in many places around windsor and this will take some beating; the owners are in the background and let you get on with your break. gave us a voucher for two glasses of wine in the duke ,nice touch.
nothing,could not fault it.
Although my wife and myself only stayed for the one night. We would definitely stay again for longer. The owners are very nice people and helpful. The surrounding area lovely to walk around.
Spacious room Excellent breakfast
Clean and comfortable, bathroom was excellent. Room was serviced daily to a good standard.
Basic continental breakfast. No way of knowing if cheese was vegetarian so couldn't eat any. Orange juice would be nicer than apple juice.
The place was quiet and was indeed a gardensuite, we were happy overall, however my husband slipped twicw in the bath, once with the bathmate andthe 2nd time without. On looking at the gash in his arm he appears to have required a stitch or two, care is needed if your aged
The quality of the accommodation, and the freedom to come and go/leave car, room was set out with table and chairs so you could bring take-aways in
I would have liked better directions as my satnav packed up, Location is best to say just off the A332 behind the Loch Fynne restaurant. Liked to know if buses pass forgot to ask and used taxi
Went to Ascot for the races. V convenient for this. Lovely rural location
Stayed in ground floor room. Quite noisy from people above
The room was well set up and prepared for a completely self-catering stop. This was ideal due to our late arrival/early departure. A tastefully decorated and furnished room with good facilities. The excellent Lock Fyne Restaurant only a short walk away was ideal!
