room nice and big and clean

very noisy room could to sleep due to people coming from local nightclub all hours

Size of room even though was classed as compact!!

Staff is friendly and the on site bar and restaurant are great.

Location is difficult to reach by car, and the parking lot is an adventure every time. The cleanliness and general upkeep of the hotel could use some attention, but nothing too bad.

Lovely room. Although is was a Saturday night we didn't hear any nightclub noise.

Beds were comfy, rooms warm, big tv, bathroom was clean and modern. Staff were helpful.

Couldn't get a meal, noise from nightclub. Rubbish on stairs, carpet around and in lift was grubby and worn.

Close to Cardiff by train. Comfortable bed.Big room. Big T.V.! Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. Relaxing.

Noisy at night (Saturday)-but we were warned about this. Sitting having a drink in the lovely comfortable lounge/dining area, when a couple of young lads had a wee outside the window in front of us and then proceeded to snort something up their noses!!!!

Restaurant and the food was good in the evening

From the outside the bluebury does not look like a 3+ * place to stay but the room was absolutely brilliant. Comfort was formost and we had an Excellant stay. There is a nightclub on the first floor but if you ask for a third floor room you will not be disturbed. The breakfast was superb, all locally sourced. All in all we really enjoyed our stay.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly. The restaurant is nice.

There was a scheduled party and the noise was horrendous. Luckily they were able to move me to another room and gave me a 50% discount, and apologised profusely, but they should really decide whether they're a hotel or a party venue, or alternatively sound proof their party room. At £69 per night without breakfast I do expect a peaceful night's sleep!

dont bother eating here chef goes home at 9pm-food very pub average-cold plates and cold chips.after 9pm cant get a pudding or even a cup of coffee-this place had a large injection of cash a few years ago but has been left to go to seed. carpets dirty. lift flithy. room and bathroom otherwise clean-fridge has been removed from room,comfortable and large bed-overall would not rec staying here

Location

Even hotel is non-smoking, somebody smoked in my room before my stay, so the smell was terrible. Staff didn't sort this issue for me.

The staff were all very helpful and polite? The room was very clean and of a high quality very luxurious. Bathroom was the nicest I have ever seen in a hotel!

Early hours there were noisy guests and road works outside but this isn't the hotels fault just the location being central.

The room was a nice size, so was the bed. The bathroom was lovely. Our dinner was wonderful and staff really nice and helpful :)

We stayed in room 2 on level one, it smelled quite damp when coming into the room.

we were warned about the noise from the disco but we werent prepared for how loud it was didnt spoil our stay but sound proofing is definitley something to think about

The room was excellent, the beds very,very comfortable and the en suite was also excellent.

For the price I thought that breakfast would have been included within that price. Although there information sheets and the tourist informaion booklet the info sheet did not specify that breakfast would have to be paid separately.

Menu - not what you see on their website. Location - in semi-pedestrianised part of Pontypridd. The church clock which bonged every 15 minutes.

The hotel is very nicely decorated and very confortable.

I will not stay again as we did not rest or sleep due to our room being right above a nightclub it was terrible.

I have stayed at the hotel before but never on a Saturday night. THere is a night club on the second floor which was open until 1am and kept us awake until then. Also the soaps etc were empty and the carpet was not hoovered so I was very disapointed with my stay.
